Ordered some clothing from teedot but my order never came , it's been more than 2 months , trying to ask for refund but the company never response to my email

Please just refund my money and stop advertising your products if you're unable to Deliver the product

On 20 November 2018, I purchased from Teedot Apparel a size S Citizen of Toronto sweater (maroon) at a price of CAD 81.47. Payment, including shipping was paid immediately using my credit card via ***. According to the Delivery Terms as stated in the company's website:-

"Most orders ship within 7-10 business days (Not including delivery time)

New and out of stock items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at your address."

It has been over 2 months and status of my order has not changed. Further and/alternatively, I have reasons to believe that the Delivery Terms may amount to *** and/or negligent misrepresentation on the part of Teedot Apparel under the laws of Canada.

rious email correspondences took place and a Mr/Ms *** from Teedot Apparel kept stating that they are already doing their best and they apologize for the inconvenience. Nothing concrete was done and the situation is still outstanding.

I am wholly disappointed at Teedot Apparel and wish to have my money back.

Just reverse the payment and return the money to me.

Have been waiting on a package for over 6 weeks. They do not reply to emails. I wanted a full refund, but still no reply.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered a sweater on November 2, 2018. I never received my sweater (nor did I receive a response to the many emails I sent asking where my order was)so disputed the charge with my credit card company. Teedot Apparel had the nerve to respond and caused me extra work with my credit card company to ensure I am not charged.

I made an online purchase on or around August 12, 2018. The company stated on their site that "most orders ship within 7-10 business days (Not including delivery time). New and out of stock items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at your address."
My purchase did not arrive within the specified time frame. In fact, it never arrived at all. After numerous contacts with their customer service department, I received an email on November 7, 2018 indicating that the shipment is on the way...
Once again, the item purchased never arrived. I have attempted to contact the seller numerous times after this and have not received a response. It is now January 17, 2019 and I still have not received my order nor a response from the company.

I would like a full refund of my purchase. The total amount including shipping costs and taxes is $60.84.

I placed an online order with this company September 30th 2018 for two items. I was ordering them for gifts so on October 3rd they had still not left, I emailed their support asking if I could cancel the order if it would not make it to me by October 24th. They replied and said it should be OK so we proceeded with the order. This was ordered during the *** strikes so they did send an email saying it could be delayed due to that but that was well after I tried to cancel regardless. Once the order actually shipped out I received an email stating approx delivery would be November 1st. I did then receive 1 of the 2 items on Nov 1st. I emailed them right away saying I received only one. They replied Nov 1st at 7:23pm that they had taken note and the team will get on sending the other item out right away. Since that day, I have still not received the other item nor the credit for said item. I have sent several emails none of which they even reply to anymore. I sent them a message on *** - no reply! They dont seem to have a phone# anywhere for this company to call and discuss further. So since they are just basically ignoring me I was not sure what else to do other than contact you. This is unfair and so sad to see a Canadian company treating customers this way!

I want the item I ordered finally delivered OR a refund ASAP.

I placed an order on November 19, 2018 and still have not received it. At first they used the *** strike as an excuse and then if they did respond to my requests they kept saying the item would be shipped by the end of the week. On January 3, 2019 a shipping label was created with *** but *** still has not received the package.

Since the item was a Christmas gift for someone who has now moved to another country, I would just like to get my money back.

My wife ordered a sweatshirt on Black Friday and we still don't have it. Tee Dot apparel has now gone dark on us and will not refund us our money on a product they haven't even shipped yet! They tried to offer us a free T Shirt and will ship it once the sweater was being shipped. They offered us this deal at beginning of January when the original order was done in November. I agree with other customers on here saying that they just give generic answers and it almost seems automated.

We have emailed them upwards of 10+ times overall asking for our money back and they refuse to give us an answer.

Been waiting since Oct 8th for three sweaters.

Sent several emails (dozens) and received the same *** reply.

Demanded a refund and have not received it. But they printed my shipping label a week and a half ago. My order still is not trackable, therefore not shipped. And I assume they did this, so that they can use their "once order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded" policy against me.

At a loss for how to either get my sweaters or money back at this point.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order a month in advance hoping to get a t-shirt for a birthday gift. It's been 3 months and I have not received my order as yet. I've sent numerous emails and they take a very long time to reply, if they even decide to reply. Will never order from this company again and am urging others not to as well.

I ordered 3 hoodies on Dec 4/18 paid with *** total was $237.27. A *** tracking # was sent to me *** I contacted *** and they said nothing has been sent to them. An order placed Oct 7, 2018 . sweaters x2, not a big order , still to the date of this review has not arrived . I contacted them many times ( up wards of 10 emails) with all my frustrations as these were gifts and the days were approaching. It's just a simple 3rd party company that does their email support (no phone number) and they are given generic customer service responses. At this point I don't even know if this is a legit operation or they just take peoples money and stop responding. I was told not only that my order would meet my deadline but that I would receive a refund on shipping as they never even came close to expected shipping timelines, ( THIS REFUND NEVER HAPPENED).*** they continue to run ads and promos with complete disregard for the consumer business act.

I ordered my items on Oct 7, 2018, and I have yet to receive anything. I have contacted teedot about 8 times, most of the times they do not respond to your email, and when they do, they assure you that they will send it out soon but of course the items are never sent. ***. What's even worse, they have daily sales, with 40% off to get more orders, but once they receive the money they pocket it and do not send the clothing, it's disgusting.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering anything, ***, they are taking peoples money with no intention of sending their paid items.. I'm filing a complaint with *** for a refund.

I placed an order on October 7. I haven't received my product. Teedot told me they having delays and asked if Id like another product. I indicated by email that I don't want anything else and only a refund. Their last response was over 6 weeks ago and I haven't received a refund or response.

I have placed an order for two hoodies equalling to $88.44 which is order *** on Aug. 10, 2018. My first email from the company was Sept. 07, 2018 updating me about the delays that were to happen to my order. My first email to them was Sept. 26, 2018 in which I asked about my orders' whereabouts. That same day I received an email that my orders are being handled immediately and that I will be receiving $50 store credit. I never replied *** My second email to them was Oct. 27, 2018 where I addressed even more concern on the delay of my package. Only on Nov. 07, 2018 did I receive an email confirming that my order is on its way. That took about 3 months. The reply I received for my last email came on Nov. 09, 2018 where they said if the order doesn't arrive early "next week" (I *** from Nov. 11-17) then they will process my refund. I waited *** again and on Nov. 19, 2018 I replied and said the package hasn't arrived and that I would like my refund. I never received the package nor the refund after all that wait. *** that email was ignored. I emailed again on Dec. 04, 2018 expressing my frustration with screenshots of previous emails sent to me from their customer service representative. I received no reply. I just emailed them again today, Dec. 18, 2018, to let them know I'm still waiting for that refund. That was a total of 4 months worth of wait. The customer service representative that I was emailing back and forth with is *** This was absolutely a *** experience.

This local Toronto company is hiding something ... they dont have the product thru are supposedly selling. I have ordered back in October and have yet to receive anything...
After commenting on IG I was DM'd but really with no customer service as I demanded delivery by noon on dec 24th(as it was a Christmas gift) -was told they use Canada post and it's out of their control - they need to suck it up and use expedited shipping to make it right... I was told they could not.... I demanded a refund... they advised 5-7 days ... here we go again..it will be months just like their previous track record.... I'm done with this business.

I ordered a sweater Sept. 30th. It's now Dec. 3/18
when you order is say's 10-15 business days. after 30 days I got am email saying that they are experiencing delays & my order will be shipped when my products becomes available. Almost 2 months now I kept emailing I want a refund! but no one will reply. finally got a reply from someone name *** saying that they started experiencing delays due to high demand followed by the Canada post strike. and they are struggling with renovations that hindered them from communicating with customers. I ordered my stuff well before the Canada post strike and before their so called renovation. My last email I stated clearly I want a REFUND!! But yet again their not email me back.

My wife ordered a graduation gift for me on Oct 5, 2018. The website says it should take 10-15 business days to ship. It is now November 17th, 2018 and I still have no item (a jacket). My wife has sent several emails to the company as have I and we always get the same response.

"This has been escalated to the warehouse manager. They will do their best to have it shipped out within this week.
If you have a deadline, kindly advise so I can notify them"

I've gotten the same message twice. My wife has gotten it three times.

Now I like to support local business but Teedot Apparel are just terrible at everything. Customer Service is absolutely terrible, there's no phone number for the company and to get a respond to an email is like pulling teeth. I've order items from the states and it comes faster than Teedot Apparel's items which ***.

*** Now I don't even want my order, just a refund; which I probably won't get until next year.

So disappointed with this company, I placed my order for 10 t-shirts since 5 September, 3 weeks later I email to them they reply due to high demand cause all order delays from warehouse. Early October I email again, they promised to ship within next week and offer a credit for 50 dollars if I gave them a last chance to ship. End of October I'm coming back from vacation still haven't received my items. November 2 , I decided to refund them all, they said refund is in the line by next week until now I haven't received any fefund and recently they try not to reply my email.
***. If your company including a warehouse are not ready to serve a high volume of customers why don't you just run only a small store that you already exist, should not have an online order.
