My order is over 2 months delayed. I sent MULTIPLE e-mails. Only the first was replied to. The rest are being ignored. My last e-mail requested a refund due to the fact so much time has passed and again no reply. No product was therefore ever received and they took my payment.

I want an IMMEDIATE REFUND! It is the spring and I no longer need a sweater I ordered in the winter!

I ordered 2 sweaters for a Christmas present 5 months ago and still nothing. They said they have contacted the warehouse to ship my order and I see that there was a shipping label created but still haven't received anything and now they will not get back to me and refused to give me a refund. This is awful!

I ordered a sweater in February and still haven't received it. When I first emailed them they said they would expedite my parcel, but it still hasn't reached me. There has been no response to any of my emails after that.

Has anyone figured out how to get their money back?

I placed an order and never received it. Their site says 7-10 business days for delivery. I contacted the company after 20 business days and was asking for an update and they responded saying that they will look into it and would also like to offer me a $50 store credit on my account. I did not have an account with this store, so was unsure what they meant. Another week went by and again, no items received. I emailed them again and no response. Since then I have emailed them 3 times and no response back. They do not have a phone number or a store location so I'm unable to track them down. THIS

I want my money refunded. I want the order cancelled and my money back. I have sent them an email to that effect and did not get any response either.

I ordered a few things from this store online last Feb. 25, 2019. It said on the website that items will arrive within 20 business days. After the 20th day that I have not received any shipping info, I started sending out email to their customer service. I got a response in the beginning saying that she escalated this matter and will give me an update. I responded and said that I would just like a refund since the event I wanted to wear this for has already passed and that's when they started ignoring me.

Give me a refund of $124.30 ***.

I placed an order on February 2nd. After about a month I contacted them. Was told my order has been "expedited". It is now March 31st. I've sent 8 emails, requested a refund several times. They have been ignored.

No one replies to my emails at all, I placed an order on February 3rd 2019 and still nothing

This is ridiculous, made an order beginning of the months and still no sign of the order. They charged my card right away.

This is their response -

ur warehouse is experiencing delays on ALL orders due to high demand. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused.

Rest assured that your order is in line to be processed and we will do our best to have it shipped out as soon as possible.

They are not making *** and *** arrive sooner than this.

They take the money and never send you what you order. Look into it.

I placed my order on February 3rd. It is now March 25th. I haven't received my order. I sent them numerous emails all I got as a response was that they have escalated the matter warehouse manager and my order will be shipped out shortly. I asked them to refund my funds onto my CC since I no longer want to wait and would rather take my business to a more *** company. No response. Every time I email them asking for my money back they can't email me back. ***. Never doing business with them ever again. What *** the most is that I enjoy supporting Canadian run businesses.

I have placed my online order on Feb. 17. 2019 at http://teedot.ca. 2*small sized, 1medium, and 1large sized t shirt. Total price of 135.55 CAD. order #***. they gave me the latest 20 days delivery promise and by far Mar. 16, 2019 I have not received my package. Tried to contact them via their website always responding that they will deliver ASAP but the "ASAP" has not happened yet. tried to get in contact with them via *** but they blocked my accounts (both of them) because I was complaining also they deleted my complaint comments I left for others to read. ***?!
***? The tshirt supposed to be a gift for a dear friend of mine.

I want the immediate refund and a public notification regarding this retail and any other kind of retails that treat their customers so poorly.

Product purchased online 3 months ago. Nothing shipped and and they stopped a answering emails a couple weeks ago.

Order #*** was placed on January 17, 2019 on the Teedot Apparel website, through an advertising on ***. On the website the delivery estimate is shown as per below;
"Most orders ship within 7-10 business days (Not including delivery time)

New and out of stock items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at your address."

However, to date of this letter, the has been no delivery estimate, and there is no functional process of return of funds or filing a complaint.

I would like to get the funds back want a warning message of late deliveries on the website or the landing page of their ads.

I had purchased an item from their website on Oct17. I did not receive and haven't received it yet. I asked for a refund on Dec11 after waiting 2 months for my merchandize and I was told the refund will be processed but it has been another 2.5 months and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer support doesn't respond anymore. I have the email trail clearly stating their position that they would process my refund on Dec 11 and they still haven't done so and now do not respond to emails.

I would like to get my refund as I was promised. I have been waiting for it since Dec11 after waiting for the product purchased on oct17 that the company couldn't deliver.

Made an order on Feb 15th. Still havent been able to contact them. ***. Its not even like I live around the world. Infact I live 5 mins from their office ***!

Its has been almost 3 months since our order was placed. Bye bye $88 dollars. After numerous dead end emails ***. How are they still allowed to take orders from customers as it sounds like this is not the first time this has happened.

An order was placed with this company on January 3, 2019. The business indicates most items will ship out 7-10 days following the order and out of stock items will take up to 2-3 weeks.

I started contacting this company roughly 4 weeks following my initial order requesting updates.

Some of the emails were responded to by indicating that they will be escalating my request (although they did not follow up with me). Other emails were ignored.

I then requested my order to be cancelled and requested a refund to which they requested I bear with them a little bit longer. That was about a week ago.

Today I sent them a follow up email requesting a refund. The response I received was a general email advising of a warehouse backup.

I have lost confidence in this company, not only due to my own experience, but after *** them I found that many patrons have received the same runaround.

I find this business practice completely unacceptable and it's even more frustrating that there is no phone number for their business where I can voice my concerns.

Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information.

Desired Outcome

Initially, I just wanted the product i ordered. But now I would not like to support this local business and would like my order cancelled and the money paid refunded to my card.

I've had to now report this company to my bank as a *** vendor after purchasing a sweater back in December for a gift that never arrived. The company refuses to return any emails requesting a refund or even status and there is no phone number to even speak to someone. P
