Hi,

I have sent multiple emails regarding my order *** which was made on September 27, 2018. The item still has not been shipped. I have followed up eight different times, many of which did not receive any response, and the limited responses that I have gotten are simple generic messages that either say they have warehouse issues or that they will try and process my request as soon as possible.

As per their website, the item should have shipped within 7-10 business days. It has now been 31 business days since my purchase, and overall has been about a month and a half since the date I purchased. *** I had purchased this item to be used at an event on the week of Nov 2, and did so with more than a months time.

*** their customer service has been subpar in that I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups and in their limited responses, *** said It would be best if you can give us a deadline so we can notify the warehouse and escalate. My response email did just that, but nothing has been escalated, nor have I received any significant response to any of my 4 or 5 inquiries after that.

On November 7, I officially requested a refund of my money *** I have not received a refund, nor have I been updated on the status of same.

At this point I simply require my money back.

I have not received a refund yet.

Their response was Refund is on pending status for the reason that this transaction was paid using *** e-check. They provided no information as to what this means or how/when the refund will be processed.

Receipt number *** ..I ordered a hoodie on Sept 22nd I received no tracking number or information on shipment after 2 weeks it's now nov and after several attempts at communicating nothing sent

I want my money returned this is the second time I tried ordering from here only to have this happen aagain.

Aug 22 - order placed and paid $166.06 via ***. Website and order confirmation said most items ship in 7-15 business days, and out of stock items in 20 business days.

Sept 8 - received email from Teedot, saying warehouse delays and order will ship ASAP. (13 business days after order placed)

Sept 13 - emailed Teedot asking for update. Received reply saying the delay is with their supplier, and they will ship ASAP. (17 business days after order placed)

Sept 25 - emailed Teedot asking for update. No reply. (25 business days after order placed)

Oct 4 - emailed Teedot asking for an ETA, and asked if one can't be supplied, I would like to cancel order and process a refund. No reply. (32 business days after order placed)

Oct 23 - emailed Teedot again, asking for an update. No reply. (45 business days after order placed)

Oct 26 - opened *** case. Still have not had any response from seller since Sept 13 email.

Nov 2 - refund received through ***. I have no doubt based on the time leading up to this, that if I had not filed the complain through my payment company (***), that I would still be sending emails with no reply, and no resolution.

Teedot deletes any negative feedback left on their social media accounts (*** and ). They find the time to do this within minutes of the posts. Yet, they don't have the time to reply to client emails. This would lead one to believe that they are intentionally sitting on orders and holding people's money. Exact same situation as everybody else has raised as a concern in other reviews here on Revdex.com.

What's even more concerning; is that despite clearly having issues filling orders; Teedot keeps running promos through Social Media, where they advertise 40% off for one day only. They continue to push for new orders, and will presumably sit on the money from those orders too. Instead, they should focus on completing pending orders before running more promos.

I placed an order online with teedot Apparel on July 22, 2018. The order# is*** and it has a hat that states the six and a tank top that states made in To . On August 10 I placed another order *** that includes a 416 sweater with a Toronto subway map. While the website maintains that most orders deliver within 7-14 business days so I waited about a month before contacting teedot. *** from teedot replied saying they will ship the order within a week and they did .However they only delivered the tanktop but not the hat. IgoyIin touch with teedot again explaining the hat was missing and also talked about order 4434. *** replied saying they will be delivered within a week. I received nothing. I emailed them again and *** replied saying it will be delivered in a week. After 23 emails later and my attempts to get their attention on *** I got the same answer from all of them. The order will be delivered within a week. As of November 06 I still have not received anything from them. Order 4307 cost $46.10 and order 4434 cost 56.92. I have paid for s&h for each order (a fee of 9.46$).

I would like the orders to be delivered or be refunded by cash.

Order number: ***. Purchased Sept 21 2018. Purchase Cost: $26.37. Items: 2 t-shirts 1 free with purchase. Original shipping address is a Toronto address, but was later updated to be shipped to a Halifax address. A tracking number was registered with Canada Post on Oct 17 2018 following my last communications to them, but has never been shipped.

Two shirts ordered on Aug 20, 2018. At time of purchase, was advised delivery time would be 7 to 15 business days. Oct 8, I contacted the vendor online to inquire about my items which still did not arrive. Oct 9 heard back and was told my concern would be escalated to the warehouse manager. I did not hear back nor did I receive my package. Oct 18, sent another email advising that I still had not received my items and would like to hear from a manager. I was not contacted. Oct 22, package finally arrived but with only 1 of 2 shirts ordered. The shipping notification said the package contained two shirts. I emailed them report this error. Today is Nov 4 and I have still not heard back. Payment was through ***.

I would like to either receive my missing product or a refund.

I placed an order on 8/13/18 with Teedot apparel online. I am writing this complaint on 11/2/18 and the items I ordered still haven't shipped. I have contacted Teedot customer service multiple times to check on the status of my order. Each time they state there is a backup at the warehouse but my order will be shipped as soon as possible. At one point I asked for a refund, and they replied asking me to give them a deadline to ship my order by. I gave them one week. When one week was up I got an email that my order status changed from received to in process however that was 4 weeks ago and the order still has not shipped.

my order # *** was placed on August 11th for 4 items which totaled $147.00 I have emailed teedot several times I was told the manager was expediting my package , I then received a notice from teedot that it had finally been shipped out sept 25 th I received a tracking number . When I still did not receive my items by oct 14 th I contacted teedot and canada post who informed me that teedot never gave them any items to ship out ????? Teedot apologise and said they'll give me a $50 rebate and they are working on my order to be shipped out this week . Its been 2 months I want my items or a full refund

This is regarding order number*** with Teedot Apparel for 1 small Scarborough is NOT for the weak shirt and 1 small Citizen of Toronto Sweater black. My order was placed and paid for through *** in the amount of $51.81 CAD ***, Invoice ID# *** on August 12, 2018. Based on Teedot Apparel's order confirmation email, it stated they would ship my order between 7-15 business days or 20 days at the latest if its a new or out of stock item. They also state to allow extra time during major sales. On September 7th, I sent an e-mail requesting an update on my order. On September 8th, they replied stating our warehouse is experiencing delays on all orders due to high demand. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused. Rest assured that we are doing our best to ship your order AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You will receive another e-mail once we ship your order. Thank you for your patience. On October 11th, I sent another follow-up e-mail requesting for my order to be canceled and a refund. On October 12th, Teedot Apparel rep: *** replied to *** we sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We hope that you can give us this last chance to fulfill and ship your order within next week. This has been escalated to the warehouse manager who will make sure it is sent out next week. Thank you for your patience and support. I replied to their response the same day. *** I am willing to keep my order if they can provide a date when my order will be shipped out with tracking information and stated I wanted my order to be received by Oct 26th and if the product ordered is not to my satisfaction, I can return it with a full refund and free shipping. *** I had waited 2 months for my order ***, *** I purchased items on promotion which on their website would be deemed non-refundable. As I did not receive a reply from them, on Oct 16th; I emailed again asking for them to process my refund and cancel my order. I have not received a response since then.

Yes, I accept their response to the refund.

I've never recieved my order or a refund. There is no real form of contact except email, which doesn't seem do anything.

October 31st, My credit card has not been credited with my refund yet. ***

Also, on October 17 they created a shipping/delivery request and sent the tracking info via email. I tracked the shipment, the request was only made but no items were packaged for delivery.

They Said they would refund me, but they *** haven't yet. Just like they created a shipping bill, but didn't ship anything.

I placed my order on Oct 2nd and still haven't got my order shipped out. I've reached out to them probably 10-15 times via email. Everytime they reply by saying they ran out of stock

*** Over 2 and a half months and I still haven't seen any movement on my order. These guys won't give me refund too as I've asked few times that I finally want a refund. They changed the topic by saying give them a last chance and this week has ended as well. Please this needs to be reported and seen

I ordered four t-shirts from the website (order #***) on August 3. The payment amount was $73.99, which was paid through my ***.

On August 14, I emailed asked for an update. "***" escalated my query to the warehouse manager.

On August 28, I once again emailed them for a refund when my order had still not arrived, one week overdue from their shipment standards.

I requested a refund because I would be leaving the city and was using this as a gift. But instead "***" assured me my order would arrive BEFORE September 3.

But it arrived on September 7 instead, three days after I had already left the city.

The order was MISSING a shirt. I was mailed three, not four.

I emailed them again on September 28 (when I returned from my trip) asking for compensation due to their late shipment and missing item.

*** replied saying she emailed me a $70 store credit but I did NOT receive anything. When I asked her for it, she simply said she already emailed it.

TeeDot Apparel owes me a t-shirt priced at $29.99. I would like to receive this shirt and additional compensation for this grave disservice. This is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

I expect to be mailed my missing shirt PLUS $100 store credit as added compensation for making me go through all of this.

I placed an online order with this company. It was a sweatshirt. They took the order, charged my card and never shipped it. I emailed several times about when my item would be shipped. They kept telling me they were busy and asked if I could provide a date of when I needed the item *** it took them days to respond ***. I asked for a refund again it took them days if not a week to respond, I asked for a refund and again took days to respond. They finally responded and told me almost 2 weeks ago I would get a refund and I have yet to see this refund. I have reached out for the whereabouts of my refund and still have nothing.

All I want is a refund.

Love their sweaters! great style and amazing quality. Got a couple sweaters as gifts for out-of-town friends and they loved it so much that they too recommended it to their friends. Delivery was quick and easy. Will definitely order again.

Placed an order in May and I haven't received my items yet. I've been sending emails about it but it's always the same respond that I get. They said it will just take 5-10 business days to get my items shipped out and I totally understand if it gets extended up to a month but they should update their customer about their items being shipped late and the reason why, without the customer being the one to initiate since we're all just waiting for our orders. And knowing that it is from Toronto, and I live inside the GTA, I expected I would get my items in 2 weeks time.

I placed my order 2 months ago and haven't received it yet. And based on Julianna S's review, I may have to wait another 2 more. In my emails to their customer service, they keep responding that they are working on their shipping and delivery, but that's obviously not true when you read every other review here. I'm still hoping to receive my order rather than request a refund, yet this shopping experience has been a big disappointment so far.

The company is obviously trying to hide the truth that they don't deliver as promised. I submitted an order in August and have got nothing still.
It's not right what this business is doing. Taking people's money like that.

I ordered my items in June and have not received my items. I sent numerous emails and customer service promised delivery of my items including creating a canada post delivery label. I also asked to be reimbursed but to no avail. I get continuous emails of items on sale at least 2x a day, but they can't deliver.

I love the spirit and message the clothing brings. I bought their snapbacks and hoodies. I wear the hat almost daily. It's also a very good gift idea to give someone.
