After reading the consumer's complaint, I have reviewed the account and the collector notes. As a result, I have closed the account and removed it from collection. I can not accept this response as I do not have evidence "in writing" to close this matter.  I will not consider this issue closed until the written document has been received. This was well documented in the original compliant that this would be required. I would suggest that Tek Collect overnight their reply ro expedite the closure of this matter.
