I had service with Terminix and I received a call during the week that they needed to make a service call I asked if someone needed to be at home and they said yes, normally no one needs to be at home I agreed to be at home between - 7pm on Saturday because I had seen some bugs They said Paul would be coming out I cut some of my Saturday plans short to be at home on time No one showed up or called I sent a message online and called The first call they hung up without anyone answering I called back and was on hold for about minutes but I accidental hung up I called back and wait over minutes before someone answered They agreed it was their mistake but only offered a very small credit that did not even cover a service call I had seen a few bugs and this is extremely poor customer service especially when there are so many companies that can provide better service cheaperI told them to cancel my service

I had my entire kitchen re modeled, after the installers left and the job was completed, I started having troubles with bugsLoews who installed my new cabinets refuse to take responsibility for the pest Now I am a retired plant manager of a case-goods plant and I know for a fact, if the plant does not maintain bug control in their warehouse, Then bugs will be a problem, Now comes in Terminix I signed a one year contract for them to spray and eradicate those bugsTheir policy is, if btwn sprays, you see bugs, call and they will come back and respray no chargeAfter one year of calling them back for re-sprays, they still have not eradicated those pestSo now that the contact has ended, they are now sending me bill's for another year contract I did not re-new with them because they could not do their job right in the first place I am constantly getting calls and statements sent to me I write on their billing statement that "I did not renew the contract" But I continue to receive calls and statements This has got to be one of the worse Companies I have ever dealt with
Therefore cease and desist, before I really get mad and seek the advise of an attorney

In the month of June, I called Terminix for ants, Terminix rep came out and sprayed my home inside and out Three weeks later the ants were back I called the rep three times in July on the (15,and 19th) but his schedule was too fullThen,on the 19th I called the number given to meThey said the soonest they could be out was the 29th which no one would be home at that time The ants were in the houseThe earliest Saturday they had available was in AugustThat was unacceptable, I asked them to cancel my year contract and return my money They left me on hold for minutesI called back and was told that someone would called me within hours, no one did

I am contracted with Terminix; however, I get phone calls and my bank account was deducted by ***, who never came out to my house - how the *** did this happen and no one wants to answer this question Secondly, I asked for a 1st of the month auto-deduction and they are all over the place taking out money when they want and not adhering to the payments I am not sure whether the salesperson works for *** and Terminix but the transaction was at the same time I contracted with Terminix The CR calls me daily over $that they said I owed from November Banks do not provide anything other than what they say is required to come out of the bank account Furthermore, my payments are not being deducted in a timely manner or as stipulated They refuse to give me their contact information and I am constantly being contacted daily

Had a terminix consultant assess my house to eliminate a rodent problem I was havingHe up-sold my problem, making it seem like my house was extremely compromised and that I needed to have a more expensive plan to cure the problemThe subsequent technicians that came out to "fix" all these so-called problems inadvertently made it clear that my house was actually not very compromised at all, with the exception of two openings on my side doorSo, I am now responsible for $1000+ for two small pieces of foam for my door and glue trapsWhen I brought this to the attention of the branch manager, as well as a customer advocacy hotline that contacted ME once I filed a complaint, I was basically told that that's business with a "well, you signed the contract, so..." I contracted Terminex in August to get rid of my termites They never showed up the morning they were supposed to show upWe called the office and they couldn't find the service techs hours later they texted my wife and they said they were coming to the house We left town by then to visit my parents As a contractor I took a day off of work to be home so they could get in my crawl space and attic Also I had taken half the siding off of my house from the termite damage that terminex said that they would spray in their contract with me A hurricane was coming days later in Virginia days after terminex was supposed to show up I noticed they put bait stations around my house They never called or asked permission to come on my property So now months later they are still trying to charge me $for all the work even though they could never get in my crawl space and attic because I wasn't home Never use this company

Extremely poor serviceTwo techs came out on a Saturday and removed some cob webs and sprayed a little chemicalOn the site for no more then hoursWant to charge $for $to $worth of workThis company is nothing short of fraudShould be ran out of the country

I hired Terminix because I had bug problems in and outside of my homeAfter they came out several times to spray I noticed the bugs were still making there way inside my house and my yard still had ant hills and antsI called and told them I was unhappy and didn't want their service anymoreThey told me I still owed money for my last sprayHowever, their contract states if I am not 100% satisfied money back guaranteeI already paid the first couple sprays because I was told by Terminix it could take up to a couple treatments to start seeing improvements and they wouldn't come out additional times until I paid for the prior treatmentsSo your basically paying for services up front and hoping for the bestWell, I saw no improvement and they wouldn't honor their money back guarantee stating they had stipulations to the guarantee and I should have done this, this and that in order to have taken advantage of itIt sounds like to me they just don't want to honor their guaranteeSo I

Horrible Experience
In October 2017, I was supposed to receive a quarterly pest inspectionI moved the appointment to 10/13/to be home to let them in the houseIt was scheduled from 7-No one showedI received no notification, nothingCalled and received no answerLater I received an email stating my service was doneI see the date and time and the service was never doneI was home at the times listed, and no one was thereI called Monday and spoke to a lady named SharonShe tried calling the local office and the rep, but there was no responseShe said someone would call backNo one didI tried emailing, calling and no one respondsI am not paying for services not receivedI have pictures of a few spots outside my house on 10/13/which show spider activity, although the report says no activityI am not going to pay $for nothingI want this charge cleared and to be removed as a customerI am deeply disappointed in this companyI now see another appointment

Terminex did not do 95% of the work they were supposed to do and then overcharged meThey do nit return callsThey do not respond to emails
For someone was to come to my house and do a full service Inspection and treatmentThe person who arrived spent minutes at my house and only went into room and never did the outdoor inspectiondays later I was charged I assumed when the lady only visited one room that I was going to be charged significantly lessWhen I found that I was then overcharged, I called and complainedAfter calls and several days later, *** contacted meHe said he was going to take care of itHe told me he was giving me a full refund(This was March 13th) Its now March 22ndand Ive still not received my money backIve called the manager and emailed himHe does not call backI finally was able to get someone on the phone who told me that I have a credit on my terminex accountThis should have been refunded TO MY CREDIT

Service tech was a "no call no show" on the 3rd scheduled treatmentWhen called, Terminix was unable to locate technician and no one seemed to be able to reschedule the apptmonths later the issue has not been resolvedMultiple emails and phone calls have gone unansweredI paid in full $prior to the start of service which has not been completedVoice mails are full and I am unable to leave a messageI have been told a supervisor will get back to me which hasn't happenedCustomer service is unsatisfactory (actually horrid)

Terminix arrived at my home after I had canceled the appointment and took it upon themselves to spry the exterior of my home without authorization
On April 12, Terminix came to my home after I had cancelled an appointment that they scheduled The tech advised me that company policy requires him to spray the exterior of the home He did so without my authorization, I then received a bill for $for the exterior service I have called Terminix at least five (5) times in order to resolve this problem and each time they inform me that they will "escalate" the issue to the next level and I will receive a call back within 24-hours, however I never do

Terminax came the first time they didn't spray the roaches second time they didn't show up on their appointment
4/25/no show no refund and the tech lied that he called me and he knocked on the door

Misinformation about financing contract services
I was told Servicemaster financing would amount to $a month for a year In actuality the financing is $a month for months I was sent the contracts via e-mail and could not open the attachment I then texted the salesman, Victor V***, to ask for a hard copy No response I called Terminix to request a hard copy on May Still no contract I called again on May to register my complaint and another request was sent to the Largo office for a hard copy of the contract
