I contracted Terminex in August to get rid of my termites They never showed up the morning they were supposed to show upWe called the office and they couldn't find the service techs hours later they texted my wife and they said they were coming to the house We left town by then to visit my parents As a contractor I took a day off of work to be home so they could get in my crawl space and attic Also I had taken half the siding off of my house from the termite damage that terminex said that they would spray in their contract with me A hurricane was coming days later in Virginia days after terminex was supposed to show up I noticed they put bait stations around my house They never called or asked permission to come on my property So now months later they are still trying to charge me $for all the work even though they could never get in my crawl space and attic because I wasn't home Never use this company
