Selling Termite tent protection and when needed not responding to numerous calls

We have been a customer since Over the last couple of years, no one would show up to the scheduled appointment and no one would callI would reschedule online and hoped someone would show upIf they did, great but if they didn't then I would call the 800-number and they would credit me the service and someone eventually would come outThe last pest control appointment of course no one came and no one showed up A few weeks later I get an email notification that someone was out and did the pest control service on a different day! I never rescheduled it and didn't know they were coming outI was home the entire day and no one came to my houseMy house requires an interior pest control service as well as the outsideI find it hard to believe that someone came out and if they did they scheduled it without my knowledge few weeks late

Very poor customer service I had the Sentricon bait stations finally installed in I kept getting letters from Terminix that they would upgrade my stations to the Sentricon on the next service First service, no upgrade, received another letter, next service, still no upgrade, received yet another letter If I hadn't happen to be home on the third service, I still wouldn't have gotten upgraded I had to tell the technician about the promised upgrade Now that I have them I can't seem to be able to get Terminix to check the stations On the first check the technician did not have the tools to check all stations or replace one station in the ground I rescheduled a second visit I asked for a call and door bell ring when the technician arrivedI received neither Neither did all my stations get checked I took
photo's to document where all the stations were installed and unless they used xray's to check them, many were not checked I called again to schedule another service AGAIN I asked for a phone call and door bell AGAIN, I did not receive one AGAIN, those bait stations were not checked
Additionally, when I try to download the full service ticket for those last services, I get a web page error, meaning they don't exists Personally, makes me wonder if they were ever here I was home all day for the last scheduled visits

Inaccurate findings of Terminix termite inspector Alex M*** on 04/20/Alex stated that I had fungus on my roof sheathing and that it needed replacementAlex showed me the spot that supposedly had fungusIt looked like dirt to me but I believed him since he is supposed to be the expertI then was told that a final inspection would not be issued unless I hire the Terminix contractorsI agreed to hire the Terminix Contractors and they came 04/21/at 800AMThe contractors took the roof apart on said area that Alex specifiedAfter completion of prepping the area, the contractors informed me that they needed to go to Home Depot for suppliesAfter they left, I went to view the areaTo my surprise after the panels were removed to expose the roof sheathing, the wood was intact and had no signs of fungusI was shocked, I was told by Alex that I had fungus on my roof sheathing that penetrated the whole woodAlex had also showed me the long pieces of wood on the side of the house

I paid them $to treat my house for bed bugsI have called them back because I continue to see them and they refuse to treat my whole house
I have requested to talk to a manager and alls I get is I *** send them an email but I get no call backs or responsesI was sent a *** for for a continuation of my warrantyI have called my sales person and resevied one call back from him and I returned his call but he doesn't respond either

The ease it was to set up an appointment for my mom was amazingI wasn't going to be able to be on site and they told me how much up front how much it would costThey inspected and didn't find anythingThey called me right back and told meI appreciate their honesty and professionalism
