Horrible customer service! Scam artists stay away.

Ridiculous
I tried emailing management three times to send me a copy of a contract I supposedly signed but never received one. Their online account manager will not allow you to cancel your credit card on file. Please run from these people they are making a living off of these imaginary contracts, that you never see.

I was charged for a mosquito service which I did not receiveThe employee has falsely stated he provided a service.May 25th a Terminex employee came to my house and stated he provided a service despite being told NOT to provide the serviceI spoke with the terminex employee and inquired about another serviceHe stated he could not help me with changing the service and to call the the main office but stated, "I'll put it in the notes." I later was charged for the serviceHe stated that the service was provided on his receiptThe charge was $through my bank cardHe had come the previous months and for service the employee waited mins while I was in the shower The service the house (my son is told NOT to answer the door and informed while I was in the shower)My side gate is locked so therefore he could not provide the full service without me unlocking the doorThe employee is William B [redacted] on the receipt with employee # ***Customer # [redacted]

REPAIR WAS MINOR TO WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DID THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE REPLACING SINK SECTION BUT DID NOTTHE WORK WAS NOT WHAT WAS DISCUSSED IN CONTRACT TERMINIX RECOMMEND THAT OUR KITCHEN COUNTER BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW RECOMMENDED BY AWE ASKED THEM TO DO WHAT WAS RECOMMENDED BUT ALL THEY DID WAS RESEAL AND PLUG SECTIONS OF PIPEWE MADE NUMEROUS APPOINTMENTS FOR THEM TO COME AND JUSTIFY THE COST BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UPEVEN FOR THE WORK THEY MISSED NUMEROUS APPOINTMENTWE CONTACTED JOHN C [redacted] AND DEREK WE HAVE PHONE RECORDS OF THE MANY CALL WE MADE THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO REPLACE DRY WALL AS WELL BUT ONLY SPACKLED OVER IT THEY DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO MATCH THE PAINTBY OUR GARAGE THEY INDICATED THAT WE HAD FUNGUS AND IT HAD TO BE SEALED AND PAINTED BUT WAS NOT

I purchased a year contract around Nov 2016, as of April 2017, I have cancelled it The service did not do as stayed I was told verbally and in writing that I would first receive a full flush of my interior and exterior of my home This never happened I had them come back every to weeks to attempt to resolve my infestation issues Not one day did we see a relief from our problemsHowever, we continued to receive emails, phone calls, texts about upgrading our service, paying our bill, (even though it was paid in full for the year) and blatant harassment over more productsAll the while they couldn't from Novuntil March resolve my primary issues It was daunting to schedule and reschedule their appointments It was uneffective to give me a hour windie for the service man to arrive at to mins after the hour window I was extremely disappointed in putting my trust into this well known company And to top it off I have yet to see my refund (of course they are keeping some for , who knows what!?!) In Conclusion, I would not recommend this service to anyone

Terrible and unprofessional service and shady sales representatives I contacted terminx January of because my house had become infested with miceI paid in full $for pest and exclusion services for a year with unlimited serviceFrom the first appointment, without confirmation of availability of access terminator would just call we are outside are you available? At other times at least times they are late and times this month in April no one showed up for confirmed appointmentsI called costumer service every time they told me someone from the local office would contact me that also has not happenThe persons I am told I change of this local office is Ermir and Hasija, I am still awaiting that phone callAlso I called costumer service several times to express my displeasure in their very expensive serviceI was offered a second inspection free the same representative Louis M [redacted] came back and I explained to him that the service he promised has not been performed

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION I called Terminix on 8/6/because of an ant problem in my homeThe customer service rep took my informationI asked him about plans and payment and he stated that the technician will go over all of that once they come out to do a free consultationThe rep asked me what type of issues I were havingI explained I had an ant problemHe proceeded to inform me that in order to reserve my appointment I need to provide a credit card numberI provided the agent with my credit card informationMy appointment was scheduled for 8/8/between 1:00p - 5:00pOn 8/8/2018, I receive a call @ 8:30a from a lady with Terminix stating she is enroute to my houseMy doorbell rung around 10:00a and a Terminix tech was at my doorHe came in with his equipment and asked where I was having the issueAs I am showing him where the issue is, my doorbell rings and there is another tech at my residenceShe tells me she is there to inspect for termite

No show of service people times on different occasions of scheduled rodent and pest control service at my propertyThey didn't call to cancel I signed a year service contract for rodent, pest control and bedbug control with Terminix, [redacted] branch on April When the exclusion guy came, he didn't have all the materials needed to seal the gaps on the entry doors and the back door where all the pest and rodents could crawl from outside to enter my propertyHe said he will be back to install itIn May, I called up to schedule an appointment, but I was stood up once then finally they sent someone who just sprayed chemicals in my family property for minutes and said he was not the guy who does the sealing of holes and crevices where pests and rodents are coming fromThen in June, I called and I was stood up once again on the scheduled appointment day Then again they sent someone who does not do the sealing of crevices and gaps under the doors so obviously th

Terminix agreed to tent my home and garage for Terminix did not tent my garage and has refuse to return my telephone calls Terminix agent ( [redacted] ) agreed to tent my home and garage for On 7/XXXXX Terminix came tent my home and garage However since [redacted] did not give my the paperwork for the next door neighbor to sign since my garage was located directly next to his property Terminix would not tent the garage I spoke with Mr [redacted] on that day and he promised to tent it later as well as give me a 2year tenting warranty I was also supposed to receive a credit for referring a friend who had her home tentedSince July 20, I have called [redacted] at least times and when he finally answered the phone on 7/29/he told me that he would tent or spray of use heat on the garage on Monday 8/1/ I paid for the service on 7/29/and noone [redacted] return my calls I call customer service on or about 8/8/who claimed that I cancelle

Absolutely no one will call me back! When I asked to speak to a manager, one employee flat out refusedWe are STILLhaving pest issues, Initial spray was 7/17, of course when I filled out the form online, they called me times a day to get something scheduledI have called every other day for the past week, they say I'm on the schedule for them to make another visit to spray ( aka guarante their work) but no one shows up! That has happened two times this week When I asked to speak to a manger , the lady flat out refusedI can't get any answers or any help I want a full refund ( about $)

No show no call on more than one occasion and not on scheduled time when they do show up My husband and I have contacted Terminix numerous time to have them come out due to a big problem we have in our living room and the occasional ants in the houseWe scheduled an appointment for 4/23/between the hours of 4-6, we were out that day and made sure we returned home before because we had Terminix come out only to find out they had already came around and only sprayed the front even though our concern was the back and the inside of the houseWe ended up purchasing a bug spray at the storeWe again stared seeing ants and spiders so we called again and took the first available appointment for 6/17/from 2-My husband and I both work but arranged for someone to come so that we would wouldn't miss our appointmentAt around 6pm I called Terminix to find out if someone was still coming, they basically said they didn't know there was no show no call and that someone would contact

Filed a termite damage claim under my Terminix Termite Protection Plan Terminix has never paid the amount agreed to in the claim dated 5/20/ My home has been under termite protection contract with Terminix since about On 4/22/workers on a home renovation project discovered severe termite infestation extending from the sill plate to the roof joists After going through multiple Terminx employees, only two of which could deal with the problem the first one was fired in mid-process), I agreed to a claim settlement of $payable to me so that I could go ahead and have my contractors make repairs and continue with the work they originally were hired to do The claim agreement was date 5/20/ I began attempting to find out the status of the claim approval on 6/6/and was unable to get any information until 6/23/when I was told the check would be mailed on 6/30/ After a week, I had not received anything so I called the Teminix representative I had been dea

I called Terminix to get a quote for treatment and got a person by the name of Jose on the phoneHe gave me all the info on how much it would cost and I was fine with thatBut when I told him I would like to get other estimates he ended up getting a attitudeAnd basically was like since you don't want to make an appointment now I don't want to talk to you any more and thank you for callingThere was no I understand and if you would like I could do a followup to see if you would still like to do business or anythingSo I called [redacted] and yes I will end up paying a bit more but the representative at [redacted] was very nice and wasn't pushy so I went with themWill never call Terminix again that this guy giving me a attitudeI'm really looking for a corporate number to give them a piece of my mind

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WORST EXPERIENCE We started a Terminix contract on a home we were selling in Redondo Beach and the sales person explained we could cancel the year contract when we sold the homeWe notified Terminix when we sold the home and they DID refund us over $1,000, but then placed the remaining $4,in collections thru their finance company SMAC!! When we call Terminix they say to call SMAC and SMAC says to call TerminixMy credit took a point hit over this and now bill collectors are callingWe look forward to suing Terminix and SMACDO NOT ENTER INTO ANY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH TERMINIX

Short but direct review of Terminix Lakewood (Seattle area) - Full installation of crawl space done in Feb./- No reports of damaged vents, insullation was fine but there were a few mouse dropping Expectation that technician would be out monthly as part of contract to inspect and replace traps inside and out - By June, no indoor trap removalCalled original area manager for inspectionHis inspection showed full traps in basement, tear in some screens and insulation/vapor barrier requiring replacement Quoted $for full lifetime warranted replacement and sanitizing of area.He dropped to $because of lack of serviceAsked to have it mailed to us for review Expectation technician would be back by following Monday to replace traps in crawl space and seal the outside gaps - Following Monday, technician didn't show as planned - Mailed quote did not have discount - District manager was unresponsive via email or calling Terminix head office agreed to cancelling the less than month contract given the above events Worst trade I have dealt with since moving to this area
