I am rejecting this response because: The claim by Diane K[redacted] and BonTon Store's Inc., is false.  The shirts I purchased did not have a yellow dot or door buster tag, or any other visible sign or tag, days before the effective date of the coupon.  The shirts were excluded only before the coupon took effect therefore causing me to lose out on the savings of $50.Regards,

We sincerely apologize for the issue with this order. We have processed a refund for the 2 place settings that you did receive and were charged for on 8/22/17.

I am rejecting this response because:
Response states that they have not been advised to stop mailings to address which is not true. I unfortunately cannot provide proof of the multiple phone calls but can provide email proof (see attached).  As you can see below I have received responses acknowledging my request on 10/08/2014, 02/17/2015, 04/26/2015, and 10/10/2015.  I understand that you will try to stop the advertisements for the fourth time but the last (3) times are well past 8 weeks so it should have already stopped by now. At this point I would like written proof mailed to my address stating that the unsolicited mail will cease.

Yes, I have received the refund but that is not my complaint. My great concern and complaint is that Beermans insists I pay for my purchase on the spot (fair enough)But they take up to 7 days to return my funds after I have returned the item. They get to hold and use my money unfairly.

There was some confusion with this customers order as multiple orders were placed and a reshipment was done as well. We have issued a credit as requested on 1/22/15.

I sent an email to this customer on 6/3 at 1:32 pm CT requesting a receipt be scanned to me and if this was purchased in a store or on line.  I have not heard from this customer.  Attached is the email I sent.

As a one time courtesy, we will refund the shipping charge.  We do provide a return shipping label  with the original package.  We do state on the packing slips and on the website that if a customer returns an item on their own, they must pay the postage to any...

delivery service of their choice.

We have placed a 6 month always approve status on her file.  We left the customer another message on Monday, 3/21 around 7:24 pm and are waiting to here from her.

The Store Manager has contacted this customer and located her receipt.

We apologize for the 50 off 100 being on the site when is was no longer valid. The customer did use a Friends and Family coupon which gave her a discount of $54.25 off the $217.00 price, The coat was the deal of the day yesterday so we adjusted the price to $124.00 and issued a credit of $40.88...

which included tax.

We contacted [redacted] [redacted] this morning and have resolved this situation. She is re-ordering the desired handbag and we are matching the price of the handbag from the original order of $107.99.  Thank you.
