We apologize for sending our the second sheet set.  A reship was processed on Monday, May 1.  Once the shipment goes out, we will email [redacted] with the tracking information.  We have spoken to [redacted] and she is happy with the resolution.

We have cancelled the pants order per the customer's request. The boots were delivered on December 15 and signed for by the customer. The top was delivered December 16.

We have spoken with the customer and have sent her a $40 gift card and 2 additional rewards cards.

I am rejecting this response because: It was not purchased with a fraudulent account. I was with my boyfriend when he purchased the gift card on Nov. 25. I was also with him when he applied for this account and can supply the name of the cashier that sold it to him. The night that he received this card ( temporary card ) He asked me to get items for Christmas for his children. I shopped and then with his permission used the temporary card but he was with me.

Unfortunately in the processing of the order it was found that the item was out of stock and could not be filled and the order had to be canceled.

We sincerely apologize for all of the issues and frustration with this order. We processed a refund yesterday, December 14. Thank you for your patience with getting this resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in my last response, the website still includes the wrong brand name in the product discription. The website did not totally correct its content and its product listing. This is actually misleading the customers who are not aware of this.

The initial [redacted] claim did come back with [redacted] stating that "Customer acknowledged receipt of package." The customer received an e-mail stating this. 2nd claim and processed the credit for the claim on January 20. The customer will receive an e-mail showing approval of the claim.

We have removed the late fees and finance charges from this account which will bring her account to a zero balance and stop all calls.

We sent this customer an email on May 26 @ 9:32 am requesting additional information regarding the return.  She has not responded to us. I have attached the message.  Please have the customer  check her junk mail folder.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], Thank you so much for helping me propect my rights.But I want to provide more evidence to you that Bon-ton really only shipped one item to me. They are lying.Please see my attached document, you can see I marked the tracking number and the order shipment confirmation. They are constantly.In the tracking information, you can see I marked that the package total wight 1LBIn the order shippment confirmation, you can see the there are total 8 items in this package. Besides other 6 item, one single makeup remover weigh 6.7oz( equals to 0.4Lb) without their plastic bottle packing. And you see my attached pictrure, one single lancome make remover wieghts 0.54LB.(I didn't PS this picture, this is the real one, and you can also weight this item by yourself. ) If they did sent me two bottles( two bottle should weight 1.08lb) plus the other 6 six items, ( and the box packing of the whole package also will take some weight) how could the whole package only weight 1lb in total??They are lying. I don't Think they  investigated into mycase with their packing guys. I already told them all these things,but they just ignore me. An they still think I am lying.And they are still insist they shipped all things to me. I don's understand their company. Please forward my opinions and all these truth to their management if you could.Thank you so much!

Dear Revdex.com:
I received a call from Chris H[redacted] from the BonTon stores while on vacation.  He needed additional information from off the paperwork on the return that was denied....

 When I returned home, I called him with the information.  He later called back and said that on the day I attempted to make the return their registers were suffering from a "computer glitch" and the denial was made in error.  He was unable to explain why the store manager or customer service were unaware of this on that day or for the month after.  However, he said that now the items could be returned, so my problem is solved.
Thank you for your involvement, as I was having no luck getting anyone from BonTon to call me until you contacted them.

A credit was issued today for $24.39 and an email confirmation of this credit approval was sent to the customer.
