I am rejecting this response because:
The promotion on Bonton's website was  purchasing of 1 fl oz or larger advanced night repair to get free items.  I have checked multiple times  before making the purchase that the qualifying size of the item  to be 1 fl oz or larger.  I'm not sure if the website had a mistake advertising the wrong size to be purchased to be qualified, but at the time when I was making the purchase, 1 fl oz was the correct size to qualify for the free items.

I called an associate from Bonton to place an order, I could not get the coupon on their home page to work. Associate placed order, told me I would get credit within in 3-5 days. Called back talked to associate said yes it was there, someone hit a wrong button and it had to be reprocessed. Called again, different associate, said the same thing but for my trouble they would give me the coupon again. After TWO WEEKS got a call and no --we can not do that only corporate gives credit, but we can't contact them. Fine I sent products back. Thought would try again --ordered December 1, 2, 3, &7th. It is December 9th, no products called associate, she had no way to contact warehouse, didn't know if would get order---- only corporate could do that .. Why do they even have associates?

cust has been issued credits on 8/20/14, and 9/25/14 which could be showing from [redacted] location  [redacted] for the return of this item.

We apologize for the cancellation however; due to unforeseen issues with the knives, we will not be filling this order.  You have not been charged for the knife set.

The coupon definitely applised to this customer's order however there is no Gift with Purchase at this time for the [redacted] she purchased.   We did call the customer and left a message but she has not returned our call

But I don't know why this money. I have sent email to them. But I did not get any answer yet.I'm still very dissatisfied with their solution, But they seem  don't want to talk at all. We apologize for the issues with this credit. We issued a credit on 2/9/16 and have sent a virtual gift card to the customer.

We are sorry but, the coupon for $25 off your Kid's apparel and accessories purchase of $25 or more is not valid for online purchases. The coupon states that it s "Valid in store only." Also the coupon states that it is not transferable, and is or one-time use only. The coupon was mailed to a...

It is not right or acceptable that your business keep my funds for up to seven days after you have the item returned to the store. I am quite certain you would not accept that I pay up to 7 days after I take the item. My bank states they do not keep deposits for up to 7 days. Your store is using my funds for gain. I recently purchased an online kitchenaid stand mixer appliance bonus buy. Upon receipt of my item I notice it to include a defect. My brand new kitchen aid mixer was dented. I immediately emailed the address listed on my receipt and supplied pictures. Return instructions were not easy to read in my package to guarantee I would receive a replacement package back at not shipping cost to me. 24 hours with no response I emailed again. I then located a replacement after calling 4 stores and had to drive a distance to exchange on my own. Now almost 4 days later I get an email response with advice to fill out a return form that I was not even provided with to get my exchange. I felt like if I Returned my item I would just be credited with no hope of getting my item replaced and resent. This is because there was no form to fill out with details or options for me to request I felt like I would probably be billed shipping as indicated by the label in my original packaging. This was left me unsure and Very disappointed with online service and clarity of returns. If it wasn't for the exceptional service the store provided me it would hurt my option of the store however this is based soly on my experience with online email based service requests,

This customer was credited for items that were returned to a store on 11/12. The remaining 3 items were lost by the Post Office. We traced and attempted to reship but the items were out of stock. We sincerely apologize for the issues with this order.
