Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond.   Ms. [redacted] indicates that the account in question is still showing on her credit report after she paid the debt in full to our office. Please be advised that two days after the...

account was paid, we notified the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) to delete the account. The CRA was again instructed to delete the account at the end of July.   We trust this resolves your concerns.

Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to respond. Contrary to Ms. [redacted]’s assertion, please be assured that all of the required disclosures were sent to her in writing on 03/17/18. In fact, we have sent several letters since...

then. We have no reason to believe she did not receive our letters because the letters were not returned by the post office as undeliverable. Furthermore, Ms. [redacted] indicates that our agent was rude and refused and uncooperative. Please be assured that our telephone agent was polite and professional. Please be advised that the account in question revolves around an insurance policy that cancelled on 01/26/18. When the policy cancelled there was still a balance due for insurance provided from the date of last payment through the cancellation date. Ms. [redacted] indicates she would like the account deleted from her credit once paid. Ms. [redacted]’s account was closed with our office on 04/02/18 after receiving payment in full from her. Please be assured that we did not send this account to any Credit Reporting Agency (CRA). We trust this resolves your concerns.

Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond. Please be advised that we cannot locate the file in question with the information that has been provided to CCS as part of the consumer’s complaint. We would appreciate it if...

Mr. [redacted] could provide us with information on the specific account in question. If he could please upload to his complaint a copy of a letter with a CCS file number and/or a copy of his credit report, we would be happy to investigate the consumer’s concerns further. We trust this resolves your concerns.

I cancelled this policy due to the vehicle being sold. I contacted [redacted] immediately and was advised to paid what was owed which I did and then there would be no balance and the policy would be closed. There was no additional money owed. I shouldn't have been charged any additional months. This is an over charge and needs to be removed and taken off my credit this is Fraud and is illegal.

Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond. Please be advised that we have forwarded a copy of the complaint to our creditor-client to review. In response to the complaint our client has advised us that the documentation...

from Mr. [redacted] does not list a specific account, so they would be unable to investigate his concerns based on this documentation. Nevertheless, our client has advised us to close the file as they will be doing the same. We trust this resolves your concerns.

We regret that our previous response was not satisfactory to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] indicates this account is still showing on his credit report after CCS instructed the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) to delete the account. Please be assured that we previously closed this account with our office and instructed the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) to delete the account. As a courtesy, we again have instructed the CRA to delete the account. Please note that we cannot control the speed in which the CRA acts upon our request and we recommend giving at least thirty (30) days to update their records.

To Whom It May Concern,I will take this opportunity to thank you so much for your assistance afforded me in the problem I was experiencing with “Credit Collection Services” in [redacted].The response that this collection company gave to you in answer to my complaint filed against them was completely opposite of their response to me when I called them to inquire why they ignored my cease collection activity letter! The representative from ‘CCS' whom I spoke to after calling the number that they left on my answering machine for a return call was exceptionally evasive and rude, she totally denied that they had ever received my cease collection letter?I guess that should be expected from any collection company, it is simply how the majority of those companies operate. . , numerous demanding and threatening letters along with excessive telephone calls to simply harass - perhaps many just ‘giveup’.., and ‘pay-up’, one could call it extortion by annoyances![redacted]

Dear CCS, The resolution I am looking for is "all claims will be removed from your credit report". Not hearing back from you is not enough. You reported false claims on my credit report and you need to removed them ALL. Please state clearly that all claims will be removed from my records. I am attaching both documents, Initial fax complained dated November 10th to your company with all documentation and the final payment, after billing corrections, of $32.41.Best Regards, Revdex.com:

to respond.
As a preliminary matter, please
be advised that he have agreed with Mr. [redacted]’s request to stop contacting him.
Accordingly, we have closed this file with our office....

Please note that this matter
revolves around a subrogation matter, not a consumer debt. Mr. [redacted] indicates

was his at one time. He also indicates that he has sent us documentation
showing the plates were returned to the DMV, but we do not have a record of
this documentation being received. If Mr. [redacted] could please fax the

to our subrogee-client to determine if an adjustment is due. Furthermore, please be assured that we did not
send this account to any credit reporting agency.

concerns.

Contrary to Mr. [redacted]’
assertion, our office did attempt to contact him prior to placing this account
on his credit report. Please note that we sent five letters to...

the very same
address listed in his complaint, including notice that the account was being

receive our previous correspondence as none of the letters were returned as undeliverable
