You are correct in stating that you were instructed to DELETE the two accounts in question. The issue is you did NOT delete them, rather, you listed them as paid collections. It was only after my wife contacted you DAILY for almost two weeks that you finally corrected YOUR mistake and had them removed. SHE submitted a copy of my credit report to you which showed you listed them incorrectly and that prompted you to correct it. If your company would have done it's job properly or at least acknowledged an error was made I would not have been forced to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Your inability to accept fault or unwillingness to correct it left me no choice but to contact the Revdex.com.

And my original complaint still has yet to be addressed. I requested documentation in September of 2015 and that WAS NEVER PROVIDED, that is the issue and you all keep hemming and hawing and NOT ANSWERING MY COMPLAINT!  Why did you not provide the documentation that I requested when I requested it.  You are non complaint with both Federal and State laws regarding this and I shall be reporting this to the appropriate parties since your company refuses to acknowledge that what you did is illegal.
