The college network is the worst financial decision I have ever made The cost of the program is not equivalent with the materials providedYou are not always able to access the modules you need for testing Customer service does not have convenient hours for working students which is ironic because they market to the working peopleWhen they sell you the program it is very misleading I was under the impression that The College Network was affiliated with *** College and I needed The College Network to gain admission to *** College which is where I would get my credits for LPN to RN programThey fail to inform you that you can complete all of the exams through *** College without their programs and outrageous fees and inconveniencesAt *** College I could have applied for financial aid and scholarship programs to help with the expense if I had not been misled The "tuition" paid is not tax deductible because this is not a "student loan", but a private l

To Whom It May Concern, I have written several complaints regarding the issue of receiving my exam fee checksThis is the latest of many, many times since I first requested to receive my exam fees, back in August of last yearAs well there have been many promises like the one written below: "TCN will be sending out *** *** partial refund check within the next 10-business days" This is the latest response I received by personal e-mail and as a response to my complaint to the (you), the Revdex.comOnce again, this is a promise The College Network (TCN) has yet to follow through withAfter all, they(TCN) advertises providing an education(for a price)I have fulfilled my part and paid for the education and for the NCLEX materialI am only asking for a full refund of my exam fees, which I have also paid in full, in the amount of or classes I have left to test forAgain, let me reiterate, I have paid for in fullI was unable to respond to TCN's above response because my attorney advised against any correspondence with either partyI am merely writing this to say that, a partial refund is not an agreed upon proposalMy attorney, Ms*** *** of the *** Law Firm, has commenced the litigation process against TCNI consolidated all the information of all the prior complaints in the hopes that any future or prospective students contemplating using TCN as a financial means of achieving a college degree, to be aware of their potential educational and administrative pitfalls

On 12/29/12- information was giving about the product I was purchasingI was led to believe that I was enrolling in classes I was charged $8,409.17-The loan is thru *** *** which no longer does business with the College network They did not fulfill their end of the agreement I did not receive the goods that were promised and there was no schooling involved as stated by the sales person Michelle K*** I am left paying on a hefty loan for no reasonI have $3,and some change left to pay on this loanI have been paying on this loan the whole time without any benefit to me Thru the years I have received books that are not even associated with the Excelsior college as promisedThe College Network led me to believe that they were affiliated with and that I was enrolling with Excelsior College which I found out after the fact that I was not enrolling and that they had no connection with the College

I was conned into signing up to the college network in I was never able to complete even one course due to lack of available testing offeredI contacted them multiple times explaining that advertising on their part led me to sign up They guaranteed a spot with excelsior college in the actual nursing classesAfter contacting excelsior college I was informed that there is a chance for their program but they take in state students and actual enrollees first I was informed that it would be at least a year wait list for their programAgain I contacted college network amd they stated there was nothing to be done since the loan was through *** *** I called *** *** to ask for a buy back with the college network or a loan dismissal due to the above mentioned reasons I was offered a defer one payment and nothing elseI have been harassed by *** *** as well as the collection company owned by the college networkI explained that I was

I can not wait until the day your company is shut down I will never promote the sales of your company due to the fact I was lied to and now paying dollars to a few internet documentsIf anyone is planning on going through a really good sales pitch and sign that contract you are getting yourself into a situation you do not want to be inYou will meet at a Starbucks or somewhere along those linesThey WILL lie to you and tell you that you have a longer time period to cancel when in reality you have daysDo your research! Look at all the comments online of these innocent people they are leaving high and dryThe company and contract may be legitimate on paper, but do your researchJust search and you will find more than you need to know about them

College Network owes me two checks $each, one was frm October They contract out their customer service and I have emailed several times with no response The answering service says they are sending out checks, but mine have been pending for a year and a half I have more tests too I just want the money returned as part of the contract I cannot believe they can get away with this

Those features were designed to assist TCN customers in reaching their educational goals. I'am sorry but the response from college network did not resolve anything All they did was tell me how I have a life time guarantee and how they can offer all these services which I have never received They tell me to contact them which I have done multiple times and all that gets done is I get passed around I want nothing more to do with the college network and would like to be released from my contract with them I have contacted my lawyer and if this does not get resolved I will be contacting the attorney generals office Again I am not asking for any type of reimbursement, I simply want out of my contract with the college network

This is in regards to a former complaint that I filed with you for The College Network (complaint ID# ***)On 10/2/The College Network made an offer of settlement through you to meI accepted the offerI was instructed to contact a Mr*** ** *** to request a Release and Settlement Agreement per his instructions, in order to process The College Networks offer of settlementOnce again this company is proving themselves to be extremely unprofessional in that I have called Mr*** eight times over the last week, only to be put through to his voice mailHe has not once attempted to contact meI still have not received my test reimbursement check that I paid out of pocket for and requested back in AprilI see an ongoing trendI have a feeling that I am being treated in the same manner and may never receive that check nor the Release and Settlement Agreement that I was told to request from Mr*** *** in a response signed by himMeanwhile, in order to protect my credit, I continue to make payments with interest on a loan that I was told would be paid off after signing the Release and Settlement Agreement that I am unable to obtain due to the College Networks Failure to act as a reputable companyIn addition on a personal note,, I am beginning to question the morals of Mr*** and the owner of The College Network

I Have requested my exam reimbursement in December I received an email that my request was being processed on 12/2/ I have contacted TCN, by phone and emails, numerous times and have not received
any acknowledgement This is the second time I am contacting the Revdex.com for assistance

I was told that all of my previous college courses would transfer and I would only have to take classes before I was accepted to *** *** One month in to the contract they added classes to my list stating that my college courses were not worth enough creditsI was also told that I would take proctored tests and be paid back the dollars that the test costI took the first test and failed because nothing was the same as the material they provided me with I also was not reimbursedI called twice and complained and got nowhere

I have a loan through this company to earn credits toward a college degreeThey are supposed to end you a check within weeks when you are ready to test on a certain subjectI have been waiting for almost a yearIn the last two months I have emailed them several times and no response has been givenEmail is the only way to reach the financial departmentAny help would be appreciated

I would like TCN to cancel the account in collections and repay the loan company as per the last agreement and due to the fact that now this reflects on my credit report I feel that I should not have to pay back any money they are asking forI would also request that the account in collections be taken off my credit report.Regards,
