I am needing assistance to receive my check for my Reproductive health exam. I took this exam in July; I was told by the College Network they were backlogged but I should receive my check. Here it is, late November and I have yet to receive a check from them. I am not sure what the issue is, as I never had a problem with them before. I have called and emailed the College Network repeatedly, requesting my check but without success. Is there anyway the Revdex.com can help me with this?

I signed up with TCN in 2012, I was told once I had completed the requirements for an exam fee and requested it I would receive my exam fee in 2-3 weeks. At first my exam fees came a little late but, now they still owe me exam fees from almost a year ago. I have contacted the Revdex.com several times recently and they have marked my complaints as resolved because TCN tells them they will send my exam checks. However I have not received any of my checks and
I was told I would get them within 15 business days back in July the last time I complained. I have tried to call TCN several times and no one answers the phones. I have also tried to quick chat on the website but no operators are available, I have sent them numerous emails and have only 1 response which really doesn't even help me. The response I received was as follows. TCN Academic Support Aug 12 at 8:29 AM To [redacted] Mr. [redacted], Thank you for contacting Academic Support. We apologize for the delay in processing your requests and we have notified Accounting of your latest inquiry in order to further escalate your requests. Current processing times have been heavily impacted by an increased number of exam fee requests. We are working toward returning to our normal processing times. As soon as we have additional information to provide regarding your inquiry we will contact you, otherwise you will receive an email when your exam fees have been placed in the mail. We can assure you that you will receive your fees, albeit with some delay. Your continued patience is appreciated. Sincerely, Academic Support I feel it is ridiculous that I have waited almost a year to get money they owe me and promised that I would have in 2-3 weeks. I'm not sure how to proceed or how to get my money, also I am stuck with 2 more years on the payment plan that they financed me so I really need my money to help finish my education. I'm not sure how to proceed or what measures to take to get my money that is owed to me.  I would just like my money or forgiveness for the remainder of my finance plan that I owe.Regards,[redacted]

provides study material and support to help its customers pass college equivalency examinations.  TCN has assisted many customers in obtaining their degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
 
TCN had a 5-Day Cancellation Policy. [redacted] did not contact TCN within five business days to cancel her contract.
 
[redacted] enrolled with TCN on August 17, 2012 for the purchase of Comprehensive Learning Modules related to the Associate of Science in Nursing degree program offered by Excelsior College*.     
 
TCN would like to take this opportunity to remind [redacted] that her TCN program has a “Lifetime Guarantee”, including a testing guarantee**. In addition, TCN has developed the Academic Guidance Planner and TCN Resource Center.  Those features were designed to assist TCN customers in reaching their educational goals.  The Academic Guidance Planner offers resources to help TCN customers determine what type of learner they are and the best way for them to study, organize their studies, and have a point of reference for their degree program progression. The TCN Resource Center is a learning environment that allows TCN customers to access their Comprehensive Learning Module program in an online, interactive format. TCN also offers customers online practice testing and the ability to take examinations in the comfort of your home.

** The following is a copy of TCN’s testing guarantee, which is a part of TCN’s contract that customers receive on the day they sign up for their degree program.
 
“The College Network, Inc. agrees to provide to all customers in good standing the following support for the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased as long as I have taken at least one of the tests related to the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased every twelve months from the purchase date forward: Free updated versions of the Comprehensive Learning Modules (shipping and handling may apply) for the duration of my testing program with The College Network, Inc. and assistance in obtaining information and identifying test site locations.
If I have not passed the CLEP, DANTES or Excelsior College* Exam for a particular TCN Comprehensive Learning Module after two attempts, TCN will pay the future cost of re-taking the exam in question, up to the maximum attempts allowed (if any) by CLEP, DANTES, or Excelsior College*. Additionally, TCN will provide me with specific study plans with one of its Academic Advisors and/or the use of an approved tutor in my local area. Approval and assignment of a special tutor is solely at the discretion of The College Network, Inc.”

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While I appreciate the offer to refund unused exam fees, I believe that I should also be refunded for unused comprehensive learning modules.  Paying for something that is no longer useful does not deem appropriate compensation. To date I have only accessed five of the eleven learning modules, and have only taken four exams. From the beginning I have had trouble accessing the e-patient portion as well, and have seen it as a useful tool.
