I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.TCN states that I had five days to cancel when in fact, it took longer than five days for TCN to provide the needed and required information to the Veterans Administration in order for my benefits to get approval, and I believe this is why TCN intentionally took longer than five days to provide this to the Veterans Administration because if TCN was a school, they would have known that it takes longer than five days for the paperwork to be received by the Veterans Administration. This information would have been provided by a Veterans Representative located in every college who is there only for the Veterans. Also, in the many attempts I made in trying to reach the CEO of this company, when I finally got to speak with a human being, this person refused to give me his last name and only said his name was "John." I feel TCN is a Ponzi scheme. Obviously, the finance company that loan the money to any and everyone doesn't care whether the student finish this "program" or not because TCN is guaranteed to get paid. The finance company will go after the non-suspecting customer and now both TCN and the finance company is in a win/win business deal. The only reason that I decided to enrolled into what I was lead to believe was a school, is because I wanted to utilize my Veterans' Educational BenefitsI am a retired military veteran, and I cannot afford to pay out of my retirement pay for something I would, under circumstances, not have to pay. TCN should be ashamed of itself for advertising to be something that they are not, especially to the Military community who have served this country, and ripping them off at the same time. TCN is not agreeing to cancel 100% of this agreement, instead, TCN will now seek to collect this loan in the place of Northeast Credit Union, otherwise, where is this "credit" coming from where TCN says that I could use this program in the future? I do not believe that TCN will provide this material for free. Therefore, this is not a Settlement that I can, in all clear conscious agree with because of the one sidedness of the Settlement offer SHAME ON YOU TCN!

I purchaced The College Network's "phase 1" in This was forclasses for a total of $7,I have not been reimbursed for my class completions in the past months I am owed for nursing classes and Intro to Psych($2,080) I also prepaid for an E Patient module $which I am not able to access and $for NCLEX success that I have no access to I have contacted TCN repeatedly with no response

I enrolled in the College Network's LVN-BSN programThe program is no longer recognized in CAI paid my tuition in advance for the programThe College Network will not return my calls and inquiriesI have since read many reviews online that are disheartening about fellow Californians, as well as others across the U.Slosing thousands, in my case nearly $10,I have children and expecting my 4th and cannot endure such a financial lossI am a responsible consumer and just paid off my student loan and now I cannot finish my degreeI want a complete refundPlease help me

I have a contract with The College Network that states I will be reimbursed for college exams feesI signed and mailed back the settlement agreement in August Bernard ** *** told me it was going to take to weeks to get the check , but it has been over months and yet I did not receive my check.I have called and emailed the accounting department but never received any response from them

Funny Brad the *** is an automated number No one answers it in accounting or anywhere else the only way( to get a hold) of College Network is through an email that no one responds to Been waiting for a check since 04/07/to complete transition role course Been paying 199.20/mth for years...never missed a payment

I want to thank you for your helpI appreciate everything you have done.This offer of $380.in comparison to + $is ridiculousThey made this program out to be a good choice, Personally I thought it was.However I was led to believe that they were a collegecharging tuition prices and to find out they are not is very disappointingThey have abused my time ,spent unnecassary money out of my pocket for test I did not needThis was for the second timeThat leads to another questionWhen it was time for me to take another test College Network told me that this is now Excelsior College program and prerequisites requiredWHAT DID I PAY FOR? This is the reason I want my money back I can not Believe that this matter is taken by them so lightlyThey have done me wrong and did not hold up to their end of the contractTherefore it leaves me no choice but to contact the Attorney General and forward the many many complaints I have read regarding the same issue and other issues with College NetworkAlso they were to reimburse me months ago for that class and did not, So I thank you again for your help

I did not recieve my student loan deferment paper work until two weeks after signing with The College NetworkAt that time I asked where to fax the paperwork so I can have my loans put on deferment while I continue to earn my degree.Which at that time I was told that they are not an actual school or even affiliated with The Excelsior College. The issues I am having is that in order for me to continue to recieve my degree I would still have to sign up with an actual on-line school and still have to pay The College Network for thier elearning software. It was unclear to me that they are not apart of the Excelsior online college, they only provide the same learning material. Had I known that at the time of signing up I would have gone directly with the actual school that will offer my degree and not some scam company that sells the software! I feel that having to pay $9,for their software is ridiculous when they are not the ones offering my degree, I still have to apply and do the actual course work through an official online schoolI would be paying double costs because of this programI refuse to pay for this hugh mistake.*** ***

I signed up with college network by pressure from salesman, which I feel was misrepresentedHe stated I could cancel at anytime, which I tried to do, and my calls where unanswered , tried to get on website and take classes which I could also not do Never completed not even one assignment and now the total amount is on my credit report I would like to helVe this dept dissolvedBut of course I can't get ahold f anyone to help and after reviewing all the complaints, I am not the only one having problems With them

The last complaint I filed was never resolvedThey said back in March of this year that they would send me my check for testing feesI requested the fees in October of and here it is May of and still no payment. I want my MONEY!

“The College Network, Incagrees to provide to all customers in good standing the following support for the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased as long as I have taken at least one of the tests related to the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased every twelve months from the purchase date forward: Free updated versions of the Comprehensive Learning Modules (shipping and handling may apply) for the duration of my testing program with The College Network, Incand assistance in obtaining information and identifying test site locations
If I have not passed the CLEP, DANTES or Excelsior College* Exam for a particular TCN Comprehensive Learning Module after two attempts, TCN will pay the future cost of re-taking the exam in question, up to the maximum attempts allowed (if any) by CLEP, DANTES, or Excelsior College*Additionally, TCN will provide me with specific study plans with one of its Academic Advisors and/or the use of an approved tutor in my local areaApproval and assignment of a special tutor is solely at the discretion of The College Network, Inc.”
