I first purchased the program with the college network around since then I have made monthly payments which are automatically deducted from my accountThe advertiser who came to meet me portrayed the program to be more like a school that you would be connected with a teacher or one on one support and that they were affiliated with excelsior college which I've learned wasn't trueThat being said I still completed the course work required by them in order to receive my first check which was completing all chapter quizzes and tests with a grade of 80%I first requested my exam fee for the anatomy and physiology test on April and was told it would be weeks and immediately received an email stating the check was being processedI waited months before checking back with them and was told again it was being processedI've continued to try and contact them but they no longer have a human answering the calls only an automated response stating to email your concernsI have

My complaint is not about the materials you provide to the students related to learning that's available for the "rest of my life", as stated in your response to me and others that have complained about your failure to meet the satisfaction of your customersI am aware I signed a contract and that all you care about is the nature of the money you receive through that contractMy argument is the ridiculously long time it takes for you to send the test check that you promised to send when the student is ready for testingIt's been and a half months!! At this rate it WILL take me most of my life!! You keep saying you are back logged....that's just another way of saying you don't have the money! Your representatives say that a lot of people are waiting, some longer than meThat is shamefulSend the checks you promised!! This business solicited a program to me that would provide test prep material and exam fees to complete a nursing degree with Excelsior CollegeThis program was financed through Southeast Financial via an application with College Network Representative Gary ***I have since completed all nursing classes and have NOT been reimbursed by College Network for these fees, for a total of over $I have spent the last year calling, emailing, and filing disputes with College Network and have yet to receive any response or exam reimbursements

When I signed my contract with this company I was promised to be sent a book for each course I would need, I would also have access to an online course content, which reads allowed important information needed for each testThe company has now decided that if I want the books that I have already paid for, I must use my own money for paper and ink to print each book myself, costing me a ton of money per book for books that I already paid them to send to meI have contacted the company via their phone, which has an answering system that does not receive messages, and also via email multiple times and they refuse to respond

I used a Scholarship and paid the reminder off years agoWhen I found out VA would no longer except the College network/Excelsior program in I asked for a refund on the remaining modules I had purchased and never receivedTo this day this has not been resolved
