When I signed my contract with this company I was promised to be sent a book for each course I would need, I would also have access to an online course content, which reads allowed important information needed for each testThe company has now decided that if I want the books that I have already paid for, I must use my own money for paper and ink to print each book myself, costing me a ton of money per book for books that I already paid them to send to meI have contacted the company via their phone, which has an answering system that does not receive messages, and also via email multiple times and they refuse to respond

This business solicited a program to me that would provide test prep material and exam fees to complete a nursing degree with Excelsior CollegeThis program was financed through Southeast Financial via an application with College Network Representative Gary ***I have since completed all nursing classes and have NOT been reimbursed by College Network for these fees, for a total of over $I have spent the last year calling, emailing, and filing disputes with College Network and have yet to receive any response or exam reimbursements

The College Network representative I met with informed me that before graduating from my selected nursing program, I would need to complete learning modules through them One of the modules, microbiology, I had already completed as a college course as part of my RN program He informed me that it wouldn't transfer because it was a different level, and that I would need to take the module so it will transfer to the MSN program I enrolled in the modules, and began classes at Regis University concurrently After speaking with my academic adviser, I was informed that all of the classes I would need to graduate were available through Regis University, and that my microbiology class would transfer I have contacted The College Network about feeling swindled by their representative, but they have been less than helpful on numerous occasions

My complaint is not about the materials you provide to the students related to learning that's available for the "rest of my life", as stated in your response to me and others that have complained about your failure to meet the satisfaction of your customersI am aware I signed a contract and that all you care about is the nature of the money you receive through that contractMy argument is the ridiculously long time it takes for you to send the test check that you promised to send when the student is ready for testingIt's been and a half months!! At this rate it WILL take me most of my life!! You keep saying you are back logged....that's just another way of saying you don't have the money!
