Per Bernard [redacted] at the college network, payment was to be sent in 10-15 business days. The time allowed has passed and there has been NO communication regarding check fee sent. When I called the college network on the 16th business day (8/4), I was told the request will be sent to accounting to expedite the payment due to the past due time frame of receiving fee checks for examinations. This has been the ongoing reason in delaying the fee check to be sent. One check was requested in October 2014 and the other March 2015.
 
I can not express the dissatisfaction with this company and would like to have no association with them. I would NOT recommend the college network to anyone pursing a career online.

TCN had a 5-Day Cancellation Policy. [redacted] did not contact TCN within five business days to cancel her contract.
 
Lisa Flannery signed her contract with TCN on January 30, 2014 for the purchase of Comprehensive Learning Modules related to the Associate Degree in Nursing degree program offered by Excelsior College*.      
 
TCN would like to take this opportunity to remind [redacted] that her TCN program has a “Lifetime Guarantee”, including a testing guarantee**. In addition, TCN has developed the Academic Guidance Planner and TCN Resource Center.  Those features were designed to assist TCN customers in reaching their educational goals.  The Academic Guidance Planner offers resources to help TCN customers determine what type of learner they are and the best way for them to study, organize their studies, and have a point of reference for their degree program progression. The TCN Resource Center is a learning environment that allows TCN customers to access their Comprehensive Learning Module program in an online, interactive format. TCN also offers customers online practice testing and the ability to take examinations in the comfort of your home.

I understand that their is a contract in place, but without reguards to my original contract the two colleges changed how the program is designed and the phase two portion that I am currently within is no longer occuring through Indiana State. The College Network wants to continue to charge me for classes that are no longer being taken through the college in the phase. I also have never opened those specific phase two courses. I feel my contract is no longer valid due to the recent changes that I wasn't notified or accepted the terms. Thank you.

I have not seen, nor is the agreement in condition 1 from TCN attached for my review, but I do accept condition 2. As far as condition 3, I do not agree to this condition. I should not have to pay to be lied to or stolen from by TCN.I will, however, be willing to absorb my lost wages, copy costs, postage, and attorney fees, as well as stop all Facebook and LinkedIn warnings to others about TCN's deceptive business practices and ask my attorney to stop all work related to the class action lawsuit I asked him to prepare against TCN for fraudulent advertising and deceptive advertising/business practices. Further, I will contact and stop my complaints against TCN, Mr [redacted], and Ms [redacted] with:the Revdex.com, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the State of Texas Auditors office, the State of Texas Attorney Generals office, the Bastrop County Jude's office, the Bastrop County District Attorneys office, the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Texas Workforce Commission and the US Department of Education. In exchange for the money stolen from me being returned. Based on the many favorable responses I have received in response to my warnings against TCN, I am sure that the cost of going to court, the bad publicity of a class action lawsuit, and potentially repaying all of the people that have contacted me (that have also been swindled by TCN), TCN attorney fees, my attorney fees and field the above listed complaints and investigations  it would be cheaper and easier for all involved to give me back my money. I will never repay this fraudulent loan and I will not be burdened financially due to the lies of this company. I will never use TCN for anything ever, so there is clearly no need for me to maintain a positive cash balance or credit there. All that TCN and it's bank, We Florida Financial, can do to me is potentially effect my credit, it will cost much more than you owe me just to show up to face me in court, once. I will call Mr [redacted] late Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon to discuss this matter further. Until then, please ask Mr [redacted] to send me a copy of this TCN letter that he mentioned in his response for me to review. He has my email address.

Upon signing a contract with the college network in 2012 I was told I could get exam reimbursement for exams I passed. I have been paying my exam fees myself and once the exams were passed the college network was suppose to within 4 weeks send me a reimbursement check for the exams. Every month money is taken out of my checking account for the loan I have from The college network, but I have not been recieving my checks. I have recieved checks in the past but the time it takes to issuse these checks is steadly increasing. Currently the college network owes me 3 reimbursement checks. The 1st is from HDAL 1 in November it has been 5 months since I requested it, the second is from HDAL 2 in December it has been 4 months since I requested it, and the third is from Microbiology in March it has almost been 4 weeks for it. I would like my 3 reimbursement checks, and future checks to be delivered in the time frame orginally promised.I would like my reimbursement checks for the 3 classes I have completed and requested, and I would also like future checks to be delivered in the time frame promised. If the college network can not send my checks in the time frame promised I would like to be forgiven of my loan and let out of contract with them .Regards,[redacted]

I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 9/22/15 regarding issues with TCN disbursing exam fees in a timely manner. When I signed up for the program in 2010, it was promised that the fees that are factored in the loan contract would be disbursed within 2 weeks of request. Over the last year, it has taken months of excuses and empty promises that the money will be processed and sent. Every one of the responses from TCN are impersonal, "cookie cutter, copy/paste" responses that did not address the issues I have with this company. My student loan with TCN has been paid in full for over a year. Almost 4 months after my first complaint with the Revdex.com, not only have I still not received any exam fee checks, I still have 6 checks pending (the earliest request date 5/06/15). I have been keeping meticulous records of my exchanges with TCN regarding these checks, and the original requested dates are as follows: Reproductive Health 10/7/15 Health Safety 5/6/15 Health Differences 1 10/5/15 Health Differences 2 9/1/15 Health Differences 3 9/23/15 Foundations 6/11/15
I would like ALL monies owed to me processed and sent immediately. I have paid my loan off, I do not want to see in the company response that I have an option of canceling my policy and be forced to forfeit the product and resources that I've rightfully paid for as well as being required to wait ANOTHER 10-15 weeks for the checks above (which was their offer of a solution last time I filed).

I understand the design of The College Network's program. My complaint is the fact that is has taken over 4 months to receive a testing check. I pay a fee to The College Network that includes my testing fees, which should be made available to me when I request them. I have left voicemails on your phone, Mr. [redacted], and my calls have not been returned. This generic response completely skirts around any and all complaints made about your company, both by myself and thousands of other unsatisfied customers. Your contract policy allows 5 days to cancel, there is no possible way a person could know within 5 days whether or not this program will suit their needs. I'm a single mother raising 2 children and working a full time job. My schedule does not always allow me to study on a regular basis, therefore when I do request a check for a testing exam fee I expect to receive it in a timely manner. ?

TCN is a horrible company. Sadly, I was hoping to further my education with them and was unable to. They did not respond to myany attempts to recieve materials needed to complete my courses. After only months, did I receive one course worth of materials. I did not even get to finish one course due to the poor materials provided and lack of help. So I stopped paying. Only fair that if I did not receive the product, I ahould not have to pay for it, right? Wrong. Now they have devt collectors calling me, misrepresenting themselves as a law office, calling my family aaying they need to find me about a legal matter, and are threatening to garnish my wages. My wages that they had NO HAND in me increasing. Stay away consumers!!! Stay far away!!!

I want you to understand that should I have to go to these great depths each time that the nest time that I have to go this direction that I will again make the complaint again and will also l will then begin to take legal action because it is not fair to me as I see it that they have my money and obviously making some kind of intrest on the funds that I have paid off and that my education gets put on hold with each and every class that I have to go to such extremes for them to hold up their end of a contract.
