2.    TCN will pay off and close [redacted] loan in the approximate amount of $3,700.00 with [redacted].
3.    Monies retained by TCN will be treated as an "Educational Credit" which can be utilized by [redacted] at any time in the future to complete her non Certificate TCN educational program using TCN materials.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] On January 26,2015  I was told by you [redacted] [redacted] that I would receive my exam fee check within 10-14 business days.  I have not received that exam fee check yet and we are now past those 10-14 business days.  So currently I have been waiting since August 5, 2014 for an exam fee check.  I have been waiting for more than 6 months.  Mr [redacted] you stated that I had 5 days to cancel my contract and  I understand that.  I feel that  just because I trusted your company to do what your company said it would do which is allow me to get my education on my time doesn't mean that you get to do what you feel and not hold up your end of the contract.  Like you stated in the last two post your words exactly.  " [redacted] program is designed so [redacted] can study when she is ready to study."   I can not study at my own time if I have to wait over half the year to get my exam fee check.  The College Network is not holding up their end of the contract by making me wait more than 6 months for an exam fee check.  That slows my progress down and makes it impossible for me to study when I'm ready.  If I could pay The College Network every month on time which I am almost done doing and pay $400+ for an exam fee every time I test I would have.  But as you know and I know my program is not set up like that because my exam fees were added into my tuition.  That was the whole purpose of adding the exam fee checks into the tuition.  So at this time The College Network is not following the contract we agreed on.  I feel that there is a breach of contract.  I have given The College Network enough time to correct the wrong on your part and I have had no success.  I would like to cancel my contract with The College Network and get a full refund.  regards [redacted]

They are a a whack school and I regret even considering them and the nursing school I attended should not allow them to even advertise or promote themselves to the students as they are a rip off.

In response to the 5 day period that I was alloted to reject the loan.  I was not able to begin/complete the coarse in which I choose to start with which was the English portion.  The english sections requires text books and short stories to go along with the information of which was not delivered to me until well after the five day period was over.  How is a customer supposed to know if they are pleased with a product they are "consuming"  if they aren't able to experience it until after the window to back out has passed?!?!  I was clearly unable to make this educated decision d/t your companies lack of propmptness getting me the information I needed to make an educated decision by experiencing the program.  I was advised by [redacted] the sales person to choose a subject that was a strong suit for me of which I did, it happens to be english. 
I would ask like to ask the College network what they feel their clients would be able to experience throughly in five days as they likely could not complete an entire coarse to know wheather or not the college netowrk truely prepaired them for the test by allowing them to pass of which I was not able to.  I feel strongly that for furture clients the college network needs to look at if their setting the other cleints up for failure by not allowing them to experience the entire program and see how well it truely prepairs you as they state they are.  This couldn't possibly be evaluated until after experiencing the true exam, and finding if you felt prepaired for this and ultimatly reflect in your results if you passed or failed.
I continue to want to work toward my goal of obtaining my BSN, but feel strongly that this is not going to be able to be accomplished with College network as the learning material offered by the coarse did not prepair me for the true exam as it should have, infact I failed.  I was educated on other routes I could take in getting additional help of which I have done, however still do not feel that the program enabled me to succeed. 
When I signed up for the college network I had no desire to work at an unatainable goal for the rest of my life I wanted to obtain my BSN. I've not been able to even pass any test in accomplishing that. So the life time garantee does nothing for me unless I want to continue towards working toward a goal that the program isn't allowing me to obtain. I certainly as a working mother of three have no intentions of throwing 230.00 down a toilet it would be utilized in providing better for my family.  Despite the college networks desire to continue to charge me for consumer loan for material that I have no intention of ever consuming from this point foward as I have not found it in anyway beneficial to me. 
The college networks vows to provide a comprehensive learning module,  if they truely were we would not be having this conversation.  Comprehensive by definition means all inclusive; containing everything.  This is simply not true, their was a significant amount of items that were seen on the true exam that were not found to be in the module the college network provided.  If I honestly felt that the college network provided me with the tools to obtain my BSN I would be continueing to work towards this, not enrolling in another school and obtaining even more debt, and competly changing my life.
Your claim to make education affordable for working adults is entirely bogus.   Are you aware that local colleges and the loans that they offer allow for you to not have to pay loans while enrolled full time and even if you did have to pay during school the payment that they ask is about 30.00 which is 200.00 less that what college network is asking.  Not to mention the additional money that must be spent retesting, since they aren't able to prepair their students properly.   I was able to pass all of the practice tests that the college network had provided for the coarse, yet unable to pass the true exam.This  would lead an educated person more to believe that the materails they provided infact did not match the materials on the true exams.  The practice tests and exams were extreamly different. Not to mention, the english had a great deal of writing that was asked to be completed during the modules but instead of any person auctually reviewing the information and elaborating on how I did it was immediatly deleted.  It honestly made me as a student ask myself why do the work if it was not going to be evaluated and talked about.  It did not provide me with any input that would lead me to believe that I was doing well or needed additional work.  Aside from the multiple choice questions their was nothing enabling the student that they were going in the right direction as they attempt to teach themselves from the module.  When I voiced this concern to the college network the encouraged me to email my essays in. This could be done however was not part of their "comprehensive module."  This does not enable a student to know until it is too late and having to pay for yet another test because they have again failed it.  All of this being said, the modules if actively involved as I was still did not enable me to complete the module in a five day period to make an educated decision if I like the product and wanted to continue to persue my education with it. 
I would also like to ask where my money is going, if I am no longer attempting to consume any benefit from this "consumer loan."  I did not sign up for the college network to be taken advantage of, I signed up in hopes to obtain my bsn to make a better life for my kids, which is auctually opposite of what I am experiencing at this time,  I now have less income allowed to provide for them and am no where closer to meeting my goal.  The college network team should be ashamed of themselves taking care of working parents trying to do better for their families. 
At the end of the day the college network has not prepaired my for obtaining my BSN.  I will no longer be "consuming" any more of any benefit they claim to have and feel strongly that I should be freed from the loan obligation to pay for consuming something that I simply am NOT!!!!
I can tell you 230.00 a month might not be much for some people but you have no idea how much better this money could be spent on my children expecially considering they nor me is benefiting from it now and hasn't yet, I beg of your consideration as making the change in my life to be away from my children more by needing to attend a local school to obtain my degree was not an easy one, but was not able to be obtained through the college network by me.
