study material and support to help its customers pass college equivalency examinations.  TCN has assisted many customers in obtaining their degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
 
TCN had a 5-Day Cancellation Policy. [redacted] did not contact TCN within five business days to cancel her contract.
 
[redacted] signed her contract with TCN on May 16, 2012 for the purchase of Comprehensive Learning Modules related to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program offered by Indiana State University.     
 
TCN would like to take this opportunity to remind [redacted] that her TCN program has a “Lifetime Guarantee”, including a testing guarantee**. The College Network's e-mail response does not address my complaints at all. It was a generic response that did not even cover any of the issues I addressed with my original e-mail. As of 5/7/14 I still have yet to receive the check to continue my testing that I ordered on 2/4/14. I was originally told by the "advisor" who sold me on this program and again at the time when I requested the check that it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. This is the 13th week since requesting my check. I could have taken a regular course at a school in that amount of time. Repeated attempts to find out the cause for the delay and estimated shipping date have all generated no progress and no real reasons for such an egregious delay. This program was explained to me as something that was flexible, and would adjust to the pace I set forth. That has not been the case at all. These issues also could not have been personally discovered in the 5-day grace period the College Network referenced in their generic response. I still contend that the College Network has misled me and failed to uphold their end of the contract. I would like a refund of all payments made thus far, a cancellation of the contract with the College Network and forgiveness of the loan made through the [redacted] Credit Union.

This cookie cutter, benign response contains no offer for resolution in it. I reject it completely. Clearly Mr [redacted] is a man with no morals, ethics or values, just like the company he works for. If this were a reputable company, it would be easy to release me from my fraudulent contract and get people eager to sign up for the services offered, but it's not. It is a scam operating just within the law with lies and deception as core values. I have filed complaints with the district attorney in Bastrop County, the Texas Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the VA, the Work Force Commission, my Senators and Congressmen, and the Revdex.com. All of whom that have responded, state that your company has no authority to act as a school or issue credit, as I was lead to believe. This company has none of the affiliations that were claimed. Every aspect of this was a fraud. Why would I want another stated lie of a lifetime of support of a company that has yet to keep even one promise to me? I am sure I can find cheaper way to be lied to. I challenge Mr [redacted] to present to the Revdex.com these documents he claims I signed and/or received. If he does produce documents, they are forged, falsified or fabricated to support his and TCN agenda. It took me more than the 5 days grace period to realize that I had been taken in by this scam.  I have no doubt that the hearing on my case, by TCN later NEXT month, will be determined to be in TCN's favor, as it is done with TCN staff, who have a financial interest in finding this matter in their favor. This is far from over. I will continue to warn potential victims of this scam daily both in person and on line. Unfortunately, it appears that my kindness and patience has been misunderstood. I am mad now. Ii will not be stolen from, and I absolutely will not be stolen from to the tune of 8200 dollars. f I am not released from this scam of a contract and the thousands of dollars of debt associated with it, Mr [redacted] can expect to meet me to discuss this matter, in person. 43477542

In the beginning, I was recommending this company, now I will warn people to stay clear, as I believe it is a scam, especially since they are not actually affiliated with any college.

Upon enrollment of this program, I was advised to request my test fees to take my final exams, up to 1 week prior to being ready to test. Currently I am being advised that it is taking 12+ weeks to receive a check from TCN to pay for those exams (fees I have already paid to them in my monthly payment). I cannot move forward in this program until I take the final exam for the current class in which I am enrolled. As a result of their "accounting back up problem", I am forced to not only take the time to enroll into a class, study, and prepare myself for the final exam at their secured location, but in addition, now I have to wait 12+ weeks to receive the money to pay for the final exam, putting me, at minimum, 3 months behind MY schedule and pace. I make my payments and have paid my testing fees, it is not my problem that TCN is experiencing accounting problems in which im pretty confident are stemming from all the other lawsuits against them for these exact reasons from hundreds of other students. TCN cannot expect a student to take atleast one exam per year for their program, when it is currently taking 12+ weeks to get a persons money to them to take those exams. I requested payment for my final exam for my current class, back at the beginning of december, I still have NOT received that payment so I can schedule and take my exam. 2 months, 8 weeks, already behind, time already lost, and no guarantee when I will actually receive that payment. 7 months in this program and I cannot progress due to the fault of TCN, not my own. There are many other complaints, as I have researched recently, with students currently waiting 8+ months to receive their exam fees. 8+ months they are behind their pace, due to the fault of TCN. I will NOT be one of those students sitting back wasting time while TCN figures out their financial problems. I requested in writing my contract be cancelled due to the delinquency of TCN in which I received a letter stating they will not cancel my contract and only stated the same things Mr. [redacted] stated in his response here. No reason was given. The letter also stated for me to contact [redacted] for any clarification or questions concerning their decision. I have called and left voicemails with Mr. [redacted] multiple times (7-8) over the past 2 weeks (and have documented every attempt with dates and times) and have received no return correspondence from him. I also requested that he submit to me in writing, the reasoning for his decision not to cancel my contract, so that it can be submitted to my attorney. He has failed to do this also. This is not the only incident involving no return call or correspondence from TCN. It seems to be a trend. I have requested a returned call, email, mail, something, in order to work on a resolution to these issues and have had NO attempt made by TCN in any which way or form. TCN has my phone number, my mailing address, and my active email to contact me, there is absolutely no reason why I havent received anything from TCN or [redacted]. Very unprofessional. I expect some sort of resolution to these issues immediately. A professional company would have already resolved this if only to avoid yet another Revdex.com complaint or lawsuit against them. I will await Mr. [redacted] response through Revdex.com, as this is the ONLY correspondence I have seen from him, prior to taking the next step with my attorney and filing my lawsuit against TCN. Regards,[redacted]
