On June 30th 2015 [redacted], Director of customer relations, replied to my previous Revdex.com complaint stating he will credit me approximately $1,930.00 to my unused exams fees (this reply was received via Revdex.com complain resolution on 7/14/2015). on 7/20 I called Mr. [redacted] as he requested I do so in his letter, I was told he was on vacation and left a voicemail with my name and number. After no return call or email, I called again on 8/4 to inquire about this refund. The representative told me "We mailed a check to you and it should take approx. six weeks from 6/30". After six weeks the check was not received. I then called TCN on 8/12 to speak with Mr [redacted], yet again. The representative told me he was on vacation, again, and I can leave a voicemail. I declined to leave a message. Instead I inquired on my refund, again. THIS representative told me that I was NOT going to be mailed a check, the refund will go straight to Southeast financial, which is their loan company, and that the refund will reach them six weeks after 6/30. I explained to the representative it has been longer than six weeks. He then told me to give it more time. I have been patiently waiting without any word from Mr. [redacted] or Southeast Financial. On 9/9 I called Southeast Financial and asked if they received any refunds, they said no. So I called TCN customer service and asked to speak with [redacted]. He did not answer, as before, so I left a message stating I have yet to receive my check or refund as promised and my payments to their company will cease until I hear further.  I would now appreciate a FULL refund and my contract to cease IMMEDIATELY. This has become more stressful than needed and time consuming.Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The College Network is an online institution. I did not have access to the modules due to The College Network web site being down. After several attempts to resolve this issue I then wrote to cancel. I no longer want anything to do with this school considering how I was treated in this matter.

Awful...very misleading. 18 months for LPN to RN??? How? I pay 200/mth on time now for 3 years. I have to wait 12 weeks for them to send out checks to take [redacted] exams. Customer service might as well be a tape recording..I get nowhere.[redacted] now charges an additional 50-60 dollars per exam and [redacted] Financial wants 12.50 to accept payments over the phone. I can't get out of the contract because I do not want my credit to be ruined. Just wondering how College Network gets away with this?

I have not received a check from the College Network like they claim I have. This was a check that was originally requested in the beginning of May 2014. Little over 7 months ago!!!  Since I was not getting resolution to the problem I have stopped payment starting in November. I am still requesting cancellation of services without any further financial payments due. I feel they are saying a check was sent to stall and they would continue receiving my payments.

I would like a refund of the monies I paid into the program. I appreciate the good citizen practice they portrayed by offering me to forget about the money have paid into the program since June 2012. the lifetime guarantee they are offering, the courses are not of any use to me. they are not transferable to any college around my area. both the adviser and the sales person both lied about being able to transfer credit from TCN on my research they are not. both Contra Costa and Berkeley Colleges do not accept credits from The College Network as I was advised. continuing with the materials will not benefit me advance my career in anyway, its a wastage of my time there is nothing am going to do with the materials.
TCN failed to communicate when they lost accreditation in my state and still continue to promise and offering alternative careers, am not interested in. attached are transcripts which were not evaluated by indiana state and of which modules assigned where not revised even when I raised concerns.
there's no reason why I get punished for the patterning fall out, as stated in the offer that TCN is not responsible for the changes in state laws or school chsnging. so I dont know how I can achieve my career objectives when state, patterned schools pulls out of there contracts.
the only way to resolve this matter if TCN accepts to refund the monies I paid,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I fully understand that I had 5 days to reject this so called program. But at the time it seemed legit. But it is not by far at any means legit. That is why there are so many complaints against them. This is what is suppose to happen. I finish the modules and ask for a check to take a test. That check is suppose to arrive in 3 weeks. Somehow it never does. The College Network decides to give me and everyone else the run around. giving me excuses. They claim to be this exceptional college and want to see me succeed in my dreams. TCN is a joke and a scam and they know it. This Mr. Bernard [redacted] definitely knows how to ruin a dream, or a hundred thousand. I want my money back.

This is my second complaint regarding The College Network through the Revdex.com. In October of 2014, I requested an exam reimbursement fee from TCN and was assured it would be sent within their usual processing time. It has now been 14 months. After repeated phone calls, including to their customer relations officer Bernie [redacted], I have yet to receive the reimbursement. I have utilized the college's dispute resolution process to request a full refund of all exam fees and tuition costs, but my request was denied. I was offended that the response I received encouraged me to refer other students to their program. After a rude phone call with Mr. [redacted], he stated the best they could do was refund all of my testing fees. This phone conversation was in the summer of 2015. In November, I received an update through the Revdex.com from Mr. [redacted] stating that he "sent a reminder" to the accounting department. Their academic support line is no help in this matter as the call takers have no access to the accounting department. Mr. [redacted] does not return my phone calls and I have not been given a direct email to contact him by. I have stopped using the TCN services, but am still paying monthly for the cost of the educational modules, since this was financed through a secondary lending institute, and not the school.
As previously requested, I demand a refund of all testing and tuition fees, less the tuition fees for the two modules that I have already completed. I have no desire to continue business with The College Network and desire a refund to pay off the remaining loan. Nothing short of a refund of testing and tuition fees is acceptable.
