Christmas is coming and this is to depressing. All they do is call and I said in my complaint that I can't hear, so this is just a waste of time. I'd appreciate if hey didn't call or email any more.

We have communicated with the consumer. Our records indicate that a refund as a reversal to the payee's credit card happened on 5/17/16. I believe we have satisfied the desired result.

We have attempted to contact the consumer, have exchanged voice mails, escalated to our field home delivery supervisors, and our goal is to satisfy the desired settlement.

This person has been contacted in the past. I left a message to talk about their rate a couple of months ago but never heard back.

We have contacted the consumer via email and have written off the balance on the account. We throw papers in grace to allow many of our subscribers more time to pay their bill before just cutting off their service. The service is now stopped and there is no balance on the account.

Complaint: 11130321
I am rejecting this response because:  They did contact me and are trying to resolve the issue.  I do have a person to contact now.   But they still have not followed through with their promises.
Sincerely,

Complaint: 11245354
I am rejecting this response because:  The newspaper was not delivered on Sunday March 27th, so I thought we had this issue handled. Unfortunately on April 3rd the Sunday newspaper STILL showed up in my driveway.  I called the number that was provided to me in the event I had a problem.  The newspaper was picked up from my driveway about 3:30 in the afternoon the same day so evidently my message was heard.  I will not be able to report that this issue has been resolved until such time that several weekends pass without me having a newspaper in my driveway on Sunday.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/11/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the...

response from the business.)
Denver Post cannot deliver. No messages left on phone, see calls via caller idno messages. I was contacted via email and told I would get 10 weeks of Sunday papers, have my weekly ads reinstated to USPS delivery and a refund. At least I got a refund- no papers delivered since my original complaint and still missing my weekly USPS ads.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2015/12/07) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Denver Post employees seem not to know their own processes and seem to have no clue what other employees are communicating - no wonder they cannot deliver the paper. I am still not receiving my weekly grocery ads that the Denver Post stopped back in October (challenging for a single mom trying to feed her family). I received 2 voice messages in the last week asking if I am satisfied with my delivery - I assume that is based on a prior DP commitment to deliver to me for 10 weeks and refund my payments. I received a refund no papers that is fine, I just want my weekly grocery ads back - I am tried of begging for a paper. I jus want my weekly grocery ads. I got another voice mail last week saying that the Denver Post has nothing do with the weekly grocery ads and got an email saying that my ads would restart appx 10 weeks since my account was cancelled. 1 - is there or isnt' there a paper 2 - was my account cancelled, if so when? 3 - please restart my weekly grocery ads ASAP!
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/12/24) */
Based on the latest email I received from the consumer on 12/9, I have attempted to follow her instructions but have not received confirmation to some of my questions sent via email so I am not entirely sure.
