I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID While the resolution IS NOT satisfactory to me, I will accept it because it has become obvious that the Denver Post and its parent, *** *** *** will continue their policy of charging for papers they do not deliver while I (and all other customers) are on vacation Obviously, the Revdex.com condones this practice as well.Yesm, Mr *** of the Post did call me and that is certainly appreciated

they want to deliver it Not on a regular bases as agreed when we signed up for the paper more than years ago

23, 2015, I did not get my paper deliveredI called in @ 8am with my complaint and requested it be deliveredIt was indicated that it would be deliveredIt was notIt is now @ 1:30, and I have missed items I was looking for, like the sports analysis of the Avalanche hockey game last night where we were in attendanceThere were also business and political issues in the paper I've followed and have now missed out onI have also changed my Wall Street Journal delivery to mail, and do not get to read it in a timely way The WSJ has a delivery contract with the Denver Post, so the Post is violating that contract as well

I am rejecting this response because:The Denver Post says they had contacted me and resolved this dispute This is NOT true They did not contact me to discuss anything
even though they said they would call me I was able to get resolution and have the Denver Post charge credited onto my Discover card by calling Discover and disputing the charge
