After speaking to two more people, *** and ***, who each promised to send the gift card that should have been sent in January I finally received oneHowever, it was sent by certified mail requiring presence, so I had to waste another hour at the post office standing in line to get it
I still believe the most appropriate response from Denver Post is to refund my subscription fee of $since I have spent so much time trying to get them to carry through on their promiseWhen I last spoke to *** she said that my subscription had lasted much longer than I had paid for it and that should be fair compensationI did not ask for them to continue to deliver the paper after it expired and it simply served as a reminder of the broken promise to send me the gift card
I appreciate the card was finally sent but it should never have taken months and 8? calls to get it sent

We will continue to work with the consumer until we follow through on our promises

We processed the reversal in our system on 10/Typically it will take to hours before the reversal will show up on the card holders account
