MANY COmplaints have BEEN FILED.  TALKED TO A NEIGHBOR TODAY AND SHE IS UPSET.  MY FAMILY IS ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS.  I THINK THEY ARE SCAMMING A LOT OF PEOPLE.  THANKS.

A rate adjustment was done on 8/19 as well as rate change to the desired rate on the consumer's account. There was a refund request processed in which funds should have returned to the card yesterday in our...

system which should be evident to the consumer in a couple of days. An agent attempted to call the telephone number on the complaint and a message was left. I will instruct the detail to be emailed to the email address on the form.

The Denver Post agreed to refund charges that were taken from my account. As of January 7th, that refund has not happened. I do not want this closed until the refund has been done.

I am rejecting this response because:I talked to some person from the Denver post and all he wanted to do was try to force us to take the paper and I responded that we were tire of the harassment and that we did not want them to call us any more and if they did we would call the [redacted] PD and file a complaint.
