It appears that the Denver Post has a partner that failed to provide the issues that were not delivered and would not even consider a credit or add the missing issues to the end of my subscription. I will not renew my subscription for TV Weekly in the future and suggest the Denver Post evaluate their partnership with TV Weekly as it makes them look bad. I don't want to waste any more time on this because it will go nowhere.

There was no resolution but TV Weekly, the partner of Denver Post never provided the 3 missing issues. Denver Post has no control over TV Weekly so I have no recourse. TV Weekly contacted me and attempted to get me to renew my subscription. I declined! I have no further issue with Denver Post because TV Weekly was at fault and did nothing to satisfy the client - me.

Spoke with District Manager, who apologized and stated she would contact Carrier to resolve issue. So far, the newspaper has arrived on time (I only receive home delivery on the weekends).

The consumer has been contacted and we have offered a lower rate to attempt to satisfy the desired settlement.

We left a voice message for the consumer and are in the process of satisfying the desired settelement.

We have attempted contact with the consumer but as of yet have not had a conversation this time around. We did not receive information on this complaint until 05/21/17.

We just want our paper delivered as it is suppose to be, no excuses.

We have attempted contact with the consumer and have left a voice mail message but have not yet connected.

I have attempted contact with the consumer again and asked if this was yet resolved and have not heard back yet.

We will satisfy the desired settlement. We have escalated the issue and are requesting immediate resolution. We have emailed the consumer concerning this with contact information, etc.

We have attempted to contact the consumer and will all that we can do to satisfy the desired settlement.
