Nothing but a scam I ordered early December and wrote them a week later they then stated that it takes up to weeks to printI emailed them multiple times with them writing me back the first time to tell me it takes up to weeksA couple of days ago I called the support line and it stated it had been disconnectedI would give them stars if I could

I ordered and paid for merchandise from this site on July 28th and to this date I have not received itI have exchanged emails with their support personnel several times regarding my order with no progress on receiving my merchandise

I made an order to Prime Line Gear (same company address) and was charged $through my *** account on 11/20/I received notification that my order shipped 11/27/I have yet to receive my merchandiseI contacted them on 12/24/I received a form response saying that my issue would be looked into I have yet to hear anything from themI contacted *** on 1/27/to let them know what was going on, and they contacted the company on my behalfI have still gotten no response, merchandise, no refund

I made a purchase on October 4, for an intended Christmas presentThere were two items in my orderI received one, but as of December I hadn't received the second item and requested an updateI was told the item was delayed and they have automatically submitted to refund meI wrote again on January 27, because I hadn't received the item nor the refund and my email went unansweredI am no longer able to dispute the transaction with my bank because the company is now defunctMy refund amount due to me was for $plus taxes and shipping

I ordered a item from primeline gear and never received an order confirmation email, never received the product, and tried to contact company several times and was unable to reach any representative

I ordered a canvas print totaling $from The Nerd Cave on August 1st, I received my prints and they're not the right size so I wanted to return them and get a refundI ordered the large canvas prints which were supposed to be:
Large: Pieces in 16x24in (40x60cm), Pieces in 16x32in (60x80cm), Piece in 16x40in (40x100cm)
but for some reason I got two pieces that are 24x32in instead of 16x32in
I've contacted them multiple times about the refund and they just keep telling me that they will forward my message to the right department and I still haven't heard anything back from themI've called and left messages but they've never once called me back

I ordered a *** *** *** *** canvas print set on July 6th as a present for my husband's birthday the end of AugustAfter not receiving my order I contacted them mid July and was informed of their 2-week delivery timeNow we are well in to week and despite numerous messages via *** Messenger, all stating something slightly different, I still have no productI have requested a refund but am not hopeful based on previous experiences with themIf I don't receive a refund or my merchandise I will be contacting my bank to see what further action can be taken

I placed an order for a product from this company on 08/02/for about $It's been a month since I've had any response since being told my account had been charged and my order was processedI emailed them on 08/27/to ask when I should be expecting my productThe only replies I've gotten back from them is to say they've received my response and will contact meI've noticed several complaints by other consumers on their ***k stating the same problems of purchasing but either never receiving or finally getting their order almost months later with no response back from the company

This company has HORRIBLE Customer service!!! That is how I will start thisYou order your productI ordered a batman canvas over weeks ago for a friend who won it as a prizeAfter weeks I emailed them asking if it was being shipped because on their website I keep seeing my order showing unfulfilled I also ask if it is not shipped out can I get a refund on my $because thats a lot of money for me to be out if I have to pay my friend back because of this companyThey reply with It is already in shipping so we are not able to refund you at this time that they will provide me a tracking shortlyAfter several emails back and fourth over the last two to three weeks I am still without the product, still down $bucks with a company who keeps offering me 10% off future order (Which I dont understand, why would I want to use your company again) Still no tracking number because the company states that they have a really old system and it doesnt update all the information in a timely manner (Weeks and their "System" Is still showing that my order is unfullfilledBut they cant give a refundI reached out on facebook for them to message me the same crappy information that their system is slow, they can offer me 10% off, the last message I received from them is word for word copied from my message I last received"Dear (Name removed for reasons)! As soon as our system is fixed, we will provide you with a tracking numberBest regards"
This was in regards to me asking for a tracking numberI was just wanting a refund so that I can go about my day and get the money over to the person it belongs to but now I am worried that I will never get my product sent out and me be out $because of this whole situationAlso one other thing when you call their phone number, There is nobody there to answerI have been calling it for three weeks and I continue to get an automated voicemail saying they have nobody available to speak to you at this time to leave a message and they will call you backNobody has called me backOnly the emails that have gone nowhere in three weeksI would not reccommend this company to anyone, Horrible customer service, they dont care about their customers even though it states on their page

I ordered a product from their online retail websiteNow where on the site does it describe a delayed time table for product delivery/availabilityIt has been over a month since my order has been placed and still no delivery or shipment information has been receivedI received a confirmation of order and the money has been deducted from my payment accountI have attempted to contact the online retailer three times now over a course of two weeksNot a single response has been receivedI have submitted a complaint to my bank for a fraudulent chargeThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I ordered on 7/09/a five piece canvas for my sonI was unable to track my order and still can not I waited the four weeks for it to arive and it still has notI have emailed them a few time to check on the order and they said it has been printed and was on it way on 8/11/On 8/22/I asked for a tracking # thinking it might of changed for some reasonI got the reply that there system was having a technical problem so the could not provide a tracking #I was told to go to my local post office and see if the could provide me with oneI am very unhappy with the NERD CAVE!!!!!!!!!!!

According to the tracking numer on *** *** , the order has been deliveredAs an apology I have refunded 15%

I ordered two piece panels on July 8th 2016, the funds were charged that day to my accountThe Sum total of approxdollars A follow up email was sent later in July around the 20th, inquiring about my order I received an email back stating that it takes a little more time to create the quality work the y produce, please be patient, your order will be complete soon As of Aug 30th 2016, no further communication and more importantly no product I've tried calling, no response, the website doesn't recognize my order number and my emails are not generating a response

Do not ever give money to this companyThis is the worst customer experience I've ever experiencedI have never emailed a company before due to slow shipping but it's been months and I still haven't received what I paid forIt takes them or days to respond to emails and don't even bother calling thier contact number, they never answerThey're really great at apologizing though I'll give them thator emails now with them apologizing and telling me what I ordered will be shipped "soon"

The worst have called and left over messages, written so many emails my fingers hurt NOT one person responded they are thieves they are quick to charge your credit card but not to give you your products Going to try to get my money back make it a faud claim I guess

They sold me a cheap toy the likes of which you would find as a fairway prize for "half price" at dollars (I bought two) with a very misleading ad that lead me to believe it was a much better productAdvertised a lightsaber suitable for dueling with polycarbonate bladeWell they were absolute garbage I wouldn't have paid two dollars forMisleading advertising, junk product
