I ordered some 5-panel pictures from nerd cave in July I have not received my order I have looked at their website and I've seen several identical complaints from different people I would like to get the product that I ordered

I ordered a 5-piece canvas art set from this company and never received my order number informationThe money for the item was taken out of my account on July 6th, I emailed the company four or five times before now asking for the tacking info and order number infoAfter the 4th email I received a reply from the company during the second week of this month with no order number info, but stating that it will take 2-weeks for the canvases to ship to insure perfection during the printing processHere it is going on almost four weeks later and still nothing on my order has been updatedI
have emailed again stating:
This is the sixth time I am asking for my order number so I can track my *** canvas setI did receive a reply from yall but it did not have the order number it just stated that it takes 2-weeks for the canvas to be printed and shipped to insure perfection in printingThe money for the purchase was taken out of my bank account on July 6th and here it is

They have not yet delivered an ordered product even though it has been more than the 2-weeks that they stated would be needed to produce and deliver the product (this time frame is only given to you after you email them - no where on their website does this time frame get mentioned)I had originally ordered it for a friend's birthday but that is almost a month past now - original order date 7/17/16, birthday was 7/29/I feel that I've given them enough time to produce a product that their website indicated they had in stock

The order was refunded on September 29, at 12:10am

I ordered an item in July and for months have tried contacting the companyWhen I call them, it will ring a couple of times and go straight to voicemailEven when leaving my contact information, there is not a phone call returnedThen, when I contact them online, I get a response, promising they are there to be supportive and my package should be on its wayFinally, it was admitted that the package was lost, and that another one would be shipped outWhen I followed up with the next shipment, it was blamed on the post officeWhen I did respond that Revdex.com would be contacted, all contact with them has stopped, even when a refund was requestedAll correspondences between myself and the company have been keptI originally found the company on *** as an ad, and hoped they were a reputable companyThey are not

The Nerd Cave has serious issues with order fulfillment and customer support I placed an order in July for some wall art, a few weeks later I followed up on the order with customer support as I had not received anything yet They told me the standard lead time which was still one-two weeks out Three weeks later, I still had not received any product I contacted customer service again asking about the processing of my order They apologized and asked for patience because they had a large number of orders yet to fulfill A few weeks later, I still had not received the order, I contacted customer support again asking for a specific ship date At this point they said they lost my order and I could either wait a few more weeks for the order or receive a refund I asked for the full refund, which they now refuse to give me It has been two more weeks since they offered and I accepted the full refund Now they tell me my ticket has been transferred to another department and they won't give me any contact information or any other information as to when I can expect the refund Twice I specifically asked for a customer service rep to call me as all of the communication had been through email and it is easy to discuss options via phone than waiting on email, but I never received a call I called their customer service line during their advertised business hours and was immediately put into a voicemail -- and then they emailed me instead of calling my back!
They only respond to email once a week so it is extremely difficult to get any answers This business is a scam and is holding on to my money --- they don't send any product out Be warned!

On 02/02/17, I placed an order through The Nerd CaveFollowing the order, I was sent a receipt but I never received notice that they shippedIt has been well over a month and close to two months at this pointThere is no sign of my orderI am unable to call the provided number on their website as it automatically hangs upAdditionally, there was no success in contacting via email

I placed an order with is company and the charge posted to my CC on 7/13/
7/27/16- I emailed them inquiring about the status of this order
8/1/16- They replied back it can take 2-weeks for the order to be made and shipped
9/6/16- I emailed them again stating it had been weeks since I ordered from them
9/8/16- They replied that something must have happened to the order or was lost in shipmentOffered to redo the order or refund me my money....I chose the refund
9/23/-still have not received a refund

On July 7, I made several purchases with The Nerd Cave and was billed accordinglyAfter two weeks of not receiving anything, I contacted the company inquiring update to my orderI receive an automated reply saying my complaint was received but that was itI tried to do an order search but the site said such an order did not existOn July 29, I contacted Shopify, the billing department The Nerd Cave usesAfter contacting them I was able to receive packages but was still short several packagesI have been in contact ever sense as much as I could with The Nerd Cave always being promised my packages would be delivered but to no availI have been charged and have not received what I paid for

I ordered products from them on 10/31/but haven't received anything I've tried to contact them with zero luck

I order the product 07.08.2016, over months ago The order # does not come up on the website when I try to track it When I first emailed I was told it would be 2-weeks I emailed after that time frame and I was told it would ship out soon ITS HAS BEEN OVER MONTHS, I called and left a voicemail and haven't gotten an answer back

Paid USD on the 3rd day of the 8th month Was not informed in any way that it would take this longI have emailed them a few times staiting that I needed my orders no later than 29th day of the 9th month They only ever said that I will recieve an email witb tracking information where it was shippedI have asked for my money back or the order to be shipped straight awayWith no responce

The order was refunded on October 6, at 2:13pm

I placed an order November 2, I contacted them around the second week of DecemberI was given a tracking number that was through Aftership.comThe code said pendingNow when I go to look it up it says EXPIREDI have tried to contact them times since December They will not respondI need a refund
