I ordered a set of wall art and didn’t receive the item or any info on my item for over a month I requested a refund and they refused Eventually they sent me the item, almost months later, but it was defective I asked for a refund and they did not provide one Eventually I had to work with my credit card company to get a chargeback, but I had to pay $to ship the defective item back

I ordered a piece canvas print from THENERDCAVE.com over months ago, I have received emails from them stating that they have shipped the product, however their in house tracking system was down and could not give an expected date for arrival I have attempted to contact them via their 'contact us ' phone number approximately 25-times at all possible times of the day to always receive the same message that no one is attending the system currently, leave a message I have corresponded with them 8-time via email * ***, again via their *** link, and responding to their messages to me
They have charged my bank card for the product $plus shipping, which they now offer at $ Now I have threatened them with legal action and the emails have resorted to the first email they sent me "Your tracking number is coming soon"
These guys are advertising all over *** as a sponsored site, and now several other sites as well as variations of the same product being s

1: Lied to me regarding timeline - was initially told 2-weeks for printing and shipping and did not receive my order for almost months
2: Lied to me regarding the shipping - was told my package had shipped a week before it actually shipped which I was able to verify by tracking the package once it was received
3: Sent canvas pieces that are blurred (photos were provided to the company)
4: Sent canvas pieces that are scratched (photos were provided to the company)
5: Sent canvas pieces that are improperly cut and cannot be framed correctly - canvas pieces were received with 1/2" excess canvas for framing but to be properly framed they must have 2-3" excess canvas

Ordered a product on 14th of AugustReceived confirmation and receipt with invoice number #When I wanted to check the invoice it couldn't be foundSo I emailed the Nerd Cave the first time on 24th of SeptemberThey would make a replacement order and send me the productThey promissed me a tracking numberHaven't got oneIt's been two months now since I placed my orderStill haven't got the product, emailed them again today 19th of October to fix it or give me a refund of $ 37,

I went on line July 5th to purchase my Brother some presents for his upcoming big BirthdayHe is a *** fanatic so I seen The Nerd Cave promoted on *** and I thought I had hit gold, I should have known it was too good to be trueI ordered over $worth of merchandise, First off I should have checked to see there was no phone number to call for their business to check status or to file complaintsNumber They don't have it written anywhere that they take up to weeks to make some of their items and don't have any practice of charging you for Said items when they go to ship, no they take the money then leaving you penniless while you are making due because you wanted to get good gifts for someoneThen the hammer drops when you are a week in and emails deep with nothing written backFinally I had to go on their site and register for an account which they didn't say you had to do that since they had the Check out as a guest option available (I have had identity stolen before so I am really cautious about where I store my info)Finally get an email back which looked like it was written by a robo-email address, stating that thank you for your latest email, you should receive your items within the next to weeks, due to having to make some of the Canvass art from scratch, I was upset but I wanted the best so I understood that part, but T-Shirts and a double edged *** knife that takes nothing to ship that out over night or at most to business days, well I got of the T-Shirts weeks in, Got an email 1/weeks end that they were going to partial credit me for an item (which they didn't tell me what it was I had to send other emails to pry that out of them) while finally learning that the other T-Shirt I ordered was the item they refunded me for as they have not produced it in yearsI went back to their website and sure as hell they had that same item on the front screen up for Sale and it was cheaper than what I paid for it, I paid $for it and they were selling it supposedly for $as you can guess I was super mad, so I sent them other emails with screen shots proving they were advertising and they state oh we are terribly sorry we will email our supplier and have them take it down immediatelyWell I found out right then that they are the Store Front they order these products from someone who orders them from someone who orders them from someone else which begs the reasoning and explains why they don't have a phone number set up anywhere to callNow here we are on Week and I am still no where with the *** Knife, and the Canvass wall art setsI just wanted to put this out there to help save anyone else who reads this from EVER buying anything from this pathetic excuse for a businessIf I can help just person that makes me feel better and makes it all worth it in the end
