We ordered a birthday present on July 5, and on July 25th, I e-mailed customer service to ask why we hadn't received our productI did receive a response from Diana stating our order has been placed and is being processedCome August 15th I e-mailed yet again to find out why we hadn't received our order yetI received a response from Mike stating, "...your order has been already printed and is ready for shipmentThe delay was caused by the huge number of orders placed which we had not expected..." We then receive part of of our items the last week of AugustPart came a week later
Now, it is October 21st, and we still haven't received part I e-mailed customer service telling them their communication is horrid and we want to know why we haven't received the last part of our order months after purchasingI received a replay from Vita stating, "We apologize for taking so long to get back to you! Unfortunately, your package was lost in transition, please accep

I want to get a refund for my purchase which was made months agoThis customer service experience has been about the worst experience I have ever had to go throughFirst off there is no mention anywhere on website saying can take up to month to made and ship orderIf I knew that to begin with I would have never ordered from this websiteThen come to find out my order was lost after sometimes waiting up to a a week for responses from this so called companyThen I made the mistake of asking for a replacement over to be made, to which I still to this day have been charged and received no product from your companyI want my refund back for this order I never received, or I will be pursuing this charge through my credit card companyI will never use this site again and will take my business elsewhere

I purchased two prints from this company in early JulyAfter multiple attempts to contact this company regarding my order, I requested a refundI am being given the run around, and still have not gotten a refund or my printsThe company claimed that they would be shipping the prints two weeks agoEvery single time I request a tracking number or a status on my order, they claim they are having the prints processed for shipping I do not believe I will get my printsThe number they list on their website (www.thenerdcave.com) is false, and always gets auto-connected to a answering service, telling me to leave my name and number and that someone will get back to me as soon as possibleI have every reason to believe that this "business" is actually a group of scammers sucking money out of innocent peopleThere have been no other withdrawals from my account, however, I am only interested in getting the $I spent on this business back into my possession

I ordered a product from this company a month agoI have still not received the productThere was a mistake with the shipping address, however I am unable to get in contact with anyone in customer service to make the correct changedI have sent numerous emails and have called numerous times with no luckI received an email when I ordered the product which inclouded a confirmation number and stated anot her email would be sent when the order was shippedI have not received a shipping email and when I use the sites tracking page it says there is no such order in there system

I ordered a picture from them on July 3rd as a birthday gift for my son in mid August July 21st I contacted them asking on the status and was informed that orders take 2-Weeks to print the picture and then ship August 3rd (weeks after ordering), on August 8th I was told it was printed and ready for shipping (weeks after ordering) and I would receive a shipping notification shortly It is now August 16th (weeks after ordering) and there is no shipping notification and now there is no sign it will arrive in time to be a giftI have asked to cancel my order and be refunded If the refund is not made shortly, then I will dispute with my credit card I would not recommend them I feel I have been incredibly patient and accommodating as they failed to meet their commitments

I placed an order for five canvas prints from the Nerd Cave LLC in May The art work I paid for was not delivered until yesterday, 10/27/Six weeks after placing the order, I contacted the company and was told that it could take up to a monthIt had been six weeks! Upon receiving the order yesterday, I immediately noticed the prints were not framedI was not informed that the prints would NOT be framedThe overall quality of the work is very poor with the colors appearing washed out and pix-elated

Ordered from them on 7/and nowhere on there site at time of ordering did it mention it would take an extended period of time to shipMy cc was charged on 7/I sent an email on 7/inquiring why their website showed my order did not exist and was told by Mike or John (both names were on the email) that is would take 2-weeks to prepare my order and I would be notified when it is due to shipOn 7/I again enquired as to the whereabouts of my order and was told by Denise my order is ready and would be shipping in the "next few days" that was two weeks ago now and I have sent five more emails and called the number listed on their website (no one answers and it goes to voicemail) and left vm's but to no availThey have not returned any of my correspondence since 7/This is a completely unacceptable way to "do business" and after reviewing other people comments and complaints, I believe there never was a business and my hard earned $$ are gone

On Aug 3rd I placed an order for shirts and Poster named *** *** Sticker"The two shirts were delivered as expected within six (6) days, but I never received any information on the delivery of the posterOn Aug 20th, I had enough and set out to contact support for information as my order tracking still said "Preparing for shipment"On Aug 24th, I received the following response:
"Currently, we are having a lot of orders to deliver, so that the delays do take place
Please, check your post office and clarify whether your item was deliveredAs for now, there are a lot of cases when our customers receive their items without any tracking number."
After checking with my post office, I updated the ticket on Aug 28th confirming that I have not received any product and my post office was not holding any items
Then on Aug 31st, completely avoiding the topic about the missing item:

On July 9, I ordered a wall canvas order# for * *** Fire place piece canvasI got the email with the order number and every time I go to their site to look up my order it says "My order number could not be tracked due to their system being down." I tried calling the phone number and I get an automated voice saying that customer service reps are not available and to leave my name, number and emailI did that back at the beginning of August...still no reply backI saw that shipping would take 4-weeks, it has been weeks and no type of communication from the companyThis is unacceptableAt this point I just want my refund

In late July approx the 25th I placed two separate orders for two of products on their website and have been waiting now for months with separate emails from them with different excuses as to why I do not have my products but yet I still have no products and just a bunch of lies and emails from the nerd cave
