item was received and item was refunded, but the 3rd item is still waiting to be refunded I purchased a painting for $ The item was not received, After multiple contacts with a representative via email, a refund has been promised, but none has been made to this point The company will not provide a phone number that does not receive a busy signal when calling The complaint has lasted over days with no resolution at this time

Made a purchase from this company back on July 28, order number is the total amount was $USDAfter several weeks of waiting and not receiving anything saying my item was shipped I contacted the company and they said that it would take almost a month to getThen after waiting for another month, at this point, I reached back out only to be told that the order was "Lost" and they were going to resend the itemThen another weeks go by, at this current time it had been close to months, and I still have nothingI have currently asked for a refund but have heard nothing yetBut after researching the company I have found out that I am not the first person this has happened toSo I would like to be refunded my money

I ordered a wall print from The Nerd Cave on July here it is Sept and I still have not received the order, the website sill shows my order as "Pending" even though $was charged to my credit card

I purchased a product of stretched canvas from the nerd cave on July 4th of this year After weeks I contacted their customer support and was told it could take up to 4-weeks (this was never stated previously) After another month went by I reached out to their customer service several times without any response After the third time someone got back with me and told me that they essentially lost the package and they could refund my money or send me the product again I incorrectly chose to have them send me the item
After another weeks I still had not received the product and made more attempts to get someone from their customer service I called their customer service number and left two messages, because no one ever answered, and I sent a few more emails I never hear from them after my next email the package shows up in my mail box The canvas was not mounted to a frame and the picture was so distorted and pixelated that it was horrible I immediately reached o

I ordered things from this company on August 26, 2016, for a total of, $I was told at that time it would be 7-days for me to receive my productsI contacted them Septasking about my order, because I had not received it and I could not track it on the websiteI was told they could not find my orderIt is now October 10th, after several conversations with them, they still cannot find my orderI have sent them my receipt and my credit card statement with the charge on thereBut I still keep getting the run around and I still do not have my product or my money back

I ordered a set of canvas drawings on 07/08/and received confirmation the same exact day The funds to pay for the items were taken out of my credit card as well Two weeks later I contacted customer service because I never received a shipping notificationand my order number couldn't be located online in their system when I tried to check on it myself "Mike" from support replied back to a complaint email that I sent stated that it takes 2-weeks to print the canvas on 07/14/Almost a month goes by and I still don't hear anything regarding my order and it still can't be located online I tried contacting customer service and you CAN NOT get through so I sent another email This time "Vita" responds that my order has been received but they had an unusually large number of orders but my canvas have been printed and I should get a shipping notice within a week Now a week has gone by and I still haven't gotten any updates on my order My order still says in can't be lo

On July 16, 2016, I ordered a 5-piece canvas set from The Nerd Cave LLCI ordered their largest size, pre-mounted, coming to a total of $after shipping and taxes I next reached out to them on 7/as I had not received a shipping notification, nor had they given me an estimated timeframeI was told at that time that is typically takes up to 2-weeks to print the canvas, and then ship it over to meI then contacted Nerd Cave on 8/as it had been a full month since my order, and was informed that my canvas was ready and in their queue for shipment
I next reached out to Nerd Cave on 9/asking for an update, and was informed that my package was lost in transitionThey offered me either a refund or a replacement, and I chose the replacementThe time frame given was one week for preparation and shippingI then reached out to them on 9/for an update and was informed that my canvas had been printed and they are preparing to ship itIt is now 10/and I've not receive

I placed an order on July 9th, f** * *** * piece canvas from The Nerd Cave and received the confirmation email stating my order number was *** I followed up on August 2, requesting a status update as I had not received any sort of email stating it had shipped (per company, an email would be generated when items shipped) Further, when trying to get the order status online, their system claimed it could not find my order based on the number they gave me On August 6th I received an email from them stating the order was still being processed and prepared for shipping (this email was signed by "Vita") I again requested a status up date on August 13th, and received a response on August 16th from "Kate" stating that due to high volume they are behind, but they had begun to ship orders out from the beginning of July I followed up again on August 29th (having not heard anything) and received a generic form email back saying it was being reviewed by "support staff
