Unfortunately as per store policy refunds are in the form of store credit. Any item not delivered after 60 days of initial order date are eligible for a free shipment of item purchased after the 60 day period. Contact [redacted] for more assistance.

Perfect Sculpt and he told me that they could only send me a new item, to which I agreed, but then he told me that they didn't have the size I had ordered in stock. I asked him to keep me apprised of a shipping date but he never responded back to me and I've yet to hear anything since. The email correspondence with Mike was on October 27th. I was told that if I emailed you to explain that I was waiting to respond back to the Revdex.com until the situation was handled to my satisfaction that you could reopen the complaint. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.
