After looking into the order it appears the order was in fact no processed but cancelled and refunded. We understand there are issues with customer care at the moment however we would appreciate this review be taken down as there are associated screenshots to show when the order was cancelled and...

According to our FAQ and Refund Policies located on our site refunds are processed in the form of store credit and refunds on intimate items clearly state ineligible once used/tried on due to the nature of the garments. To receive store credit contact us at [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  I told Mike  R[redacted]...

it’s not like it’s underwear I had to try the waist trainer on. He said he can issue store credit.This has been the second time I've purchased with a problem. When you look at ratings of this particular item you see only good ratings why because you can’t give nothing below a four star out of a five star, and if you try to give anything less you can’t rate the product. I was stupid to let Mike  R[redacted] know I knew this information and it’s like that with all of there products. Consumers not getting a true rating of a product before the purchase. This has happened to me twice and the first time I just left it alone and took that loss but not this time. If your not satisfied issue a full refund the product is not damaged,I contacted them the very next day. They claimed if it had arrived late I would have gotten a refund but it didn’t come in the days the claim it would come.They made sure they’ll find some excuse to keep your money.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have made several attempts to contact this organization during their business hours using that number, with no response.  Now the phone doesn't even connect.  I have made several attempts through the last two days and just get a busy signal.  Perfect Sculpt should also have several records of written correspondence from me that they can respond to, or they can respond substantively through the Revdex.com.
