I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to your company for assistance multiple times to no avail.  Emails/facebook chats and the like never received a response. No action was taken on your end.  Nothing has happened because of it.  Thus why I am going through the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:the product is only being shipped BACK to the seller so they will get to keep my money AND my product. This is not a resolution.

Good Afternoon, After reviewing the order and complaint it appears that a package was successfully delivered. We apologize for the delay in shipping as we had some logistical eras that we have since corrected.

I am rejecting this response because:This is unacceptable. Due to the horrible customer service an execution should be made. The package is in [redacted] I live in [redacted] I have been waiting for three days. No one can provide answers. You need to provide the proper customer service. I spoke with someone named Lisa before making my purchase and was told I could get a refund because I was concerned about sizing. So try again. I will not accept a store credit.

Unfortunately the delay in shipping is on the courier service due to their delay with holiday orders. Since the item is en route we can not issue a refund for the product. You can return the items once received to receive a refund in the form of store credit. During checkout you agreed to our terms...

rejecting this response because:I apologize for not responding in the time allotted - I was ill and had limited access to my phone. Would it just be possible to receive a refund at this point as I initially requested to resolve the issue? Not sure if I would want to order a replacement although new management is in place. Thank you Mike in advance for wanting to resolve this issue that I had with prior management.

due to the nature of these products by law we are not allowed to resell used items. Even if a garment is tried on its considered used. Contact [redacted] for further assistance on the matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
I had no need to visit the wax tutorial guide hence I never saw the message. The requirements should be plainly shown on the checkout screen or as a pop up on the wax itself. There are numerous complaints about this business ripping people off in this way. It is unacceptable and they are stealing my money for a poor product. I want this cancelled now!
