I am rejecting this response because:
That is not the order that I placed that is the picture that come when you click on item with my information attached however there is no reason for me to ever order a size extra small I am a ft woman and I weigh pounds I never have or will order anything in an extra small it does not make sense.What does is the fact that I didn’t get a response from this company until I made this complaint so it not hard to believe that my order was alterAnd to put that unrealistic size is also being used for an excuse for them not honoring their own words as far as delivering the order in 3-days after the order was placedI am completely unsatisfied with the quality of customer service and I want either my correct order in the correct size that I order which was an extra large or I want a full cash refund not store credit

The order was placed 10/which is a saturday.We do not fulfill items on the weekends as stated in our FAQProcessing of orders takes 1-days which would make the processing date the 18thShipping then takes 2-business days, which we have not surpassed at this timeWe request that the
customer contact *** for further assistance
