I am rejecting this response because: I have twice reached
out to the company through these "live chats" and the problem has not yet been rectified Each time I have spoken to someone, I have been told the exact same thing (i.e-- there was an issue with shipping, that they will "escalate" my order) and nothing has happened as a result The first time I reached out several weeks ago I was told they would resend the product ASAP and I have yet to receive it When I spoke with Mike yesterday, he told me the exact same thing as before, as if going off a script, and again assured me he could "escalate" my order It was as if there was no note in my account about my previous chats with representatives for this "company." When I asked for a refund yesterday, I received no response from the "live chat." At this point, I do not want the product I simply want a refund

Good Morning, After looking into your order number it appears the purchase you made was for our monthly subscriptionThis purchase states it is a monthly subscription where a bra is sent every month to the consumerThere is a month minimum before cancellation as stated on our website due to

It appears this complaint was made a day after the items were deliveredThere was a delay in shipping with holiday sales and an issue with *** an original carrier of the products however after recently switching to DHL the items have been delivered to the address provided

I am rejecting this response because:
I ordered the items on 01/26/2018. I understand a company might have back ordered items, but this time span is totally unacceptable. They do not answer calls, emails, messages, or chats. This is unprofessional to say the very least. This company should inform their customers that it could be months before they receive their orders. This company has multiple complaints on their social network pages due to the same reasons aforementioned. I would like my money refunded. I believe their response to my initial complaint is to try to placate the customers so the issue can be dropped. This company practices poor business ethics
