Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The company never contacted me try to resolve the issueThey claim that I did not have any witnesses not I did not have one of their Fred Meyer employees come outside to show incidentWhen I went to make the complaint and report nobody offered to go outside to see damageI didn't know that that was the procedureI provided pictures and receipt with time and dateI also have a witness but the few refused to except that informationI also told them so can provide pictures taken from my [redacted] at that time witch will provide location, date and timeBut they refused to except that too Fred Meyer stores parking lot ground had a big pothole that they were aware off which damaged my wheel of my expensive [redacted] and their Insurance claims that I falsified the accident please do not do not close this matter as he has not been resolved I also want the public to be aware of this third-party insurance company that doesn't ask for any information and make their own conclusions without correctly investigating incident Regards, [redacted] **

This office has not issued any additional refund to the customer's credit/debit cardThe refund would have been automatically processed the day of or the day after the fuel purchase made on 4/22/If the customer is claiming the store never issued them a refund for the difference on their credit/debit card then they must contact the Store Manager for assistanceWe have nothing further to add and this case needs to be closed.Regards,Kroger Co.Ref # [redacted]

I am only accepting this because the company will not allow me to speak to anyone but the store manager He has failed to accomplish getting his store to preform with good customer service This issue is not really closed but when a company lacks the drive to make a situation better then there is nothing else I can do as a individual This store has lost me as a customer and I will share my feedback with other customers who want to visit this location Kroger,Poor service = bankrupt companies Just ask [redacted] They were the kind of pathetic service Some Kroger Locations are following in their shoes

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The response from the business was to contact their insurance carrier, which I have done, and they have denied all responsibility Rather than keep referring this matter to their insurance carrier they need to address the concern, take responsibility, and provide customer service at a level which they profess to excel at There is no liability warning posted at this location that states that they are not responsible for damages done by their property and therefore need to reimburse me for the cost of repairs as a result of their property damaging my vehicle I would like this complaint to remain posted on the Revdex.com to alert other customers of this concern Regards, [redacted]
