Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The response by the business did not adequately address my concerns The business admits there is a flaw in their online coupon tracking system, yet maintains the flaw rests on the information I have been able to access online rather than the information they have been able to access Since there is an admitted flaw in their coupon tracking system, the possibility exists the information they have provided is flawed rather then the information I have been able to provide The data I am able to access still never showed this coupon ever being redeemed I maintain that I did not, and was not able to redeem this coupon I have previously provided information retrieved directly from the company's online coupon tracking system to that effect, showing the coupon was still active and not redeemedThe business also dragged this resolution out until the coupon was finally expired, thus I was still never able to use it I believe the business is possibly engaging in illegal marketing practices by offering coupons (therefore advertising a lower price) but failing to make good on that offer (effectively running a bait & switch type scheme) Furthermore, given this admitted flaw in their system, the business has not provided an adequate resolution, only that the concern has been documented This same issue with coupons not redeeming has occurred several other times, and I have no doubt it will continue to occur in the future Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I printed out Kroger's response and took it to Mariano's Their rewards card requires a phone number and I only have the phone number ###-###-#### As we've already discussed someone else is using my phone number and Kroger refuses to contact the person and resolve the issue The clerk at Mariano's tried entering in a string of the same digits, such as, ###-###-####, but that also did not work The issue of me needing a phone number and not being able to use my one and only phone number has not been resolvedI have had this phone number for a decade so Kroger should look into when that other account was initiated Regards, [redacted]

If they think entering your ATM personal pin number in a super market check out line is a safe practice something is serious wrong, (the bank says never give out your personal pin for any reason, but Krogers wants me to type it in at there check out line in front of God and anybody else thats standing there!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in that that are providing a refund for the merchandise returned However the random return policy with a valid receipt of the Kroger Company should be addressed by the corporationThe Kroger representative told me that the return policy should be displayed in the store (it is not on their receipt.) I was informed the manager has the discretion to return or not return an item which means a manager can easily, at random, in a power trip or for no reason discriminate against any customer at any time at will as I wasShop where return policies are clear for the occasional time you might need to return something ....why bother with the potential hassle at a Kroger store [redacted]

I have spoken multiple times with their Check Recovery Department My complaint is with the process, the duplicity, and the lack of information given about this process I also resent having to run to the County Attorney's Office to pay this small debt when I was recovering from major surgery, and then to be treated so shabbily by Kroger I am a lifelong customer and won't be nowKroger should reimburse me the entire amount, plus $for my time and trouble and gas money

They just advised they didn't have any other complaints about bad gasoline which doesn't mean anything I could have gotten the gasoline before the fill up but I know and have proof that for two weeks straight I got gasoline from that store I also had the Lexus Westside dealer and [redacted] Automotive confirm the gasoline was not good Most people only get a few gallons and from different stations but I always get my gasoline from them on Fridays and this time it was two weeks in a row They did not provide any proof -- just a statement from their "insurance" people What else would I expect
