Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] See Below:I do not accept the companies response They claim the coupon was redeemed but offer no proof of redemption I attempted to reply to the businesses response, with proof of my claim, but my email was returned, undeliverable.I have attached proof below to backup my claim, and counter companies claim:Attachment (bcb.jpg) - Shows the coupon in question loaded to my card, and still valid.Attachment (redeemed.jpg) - Shows coupons that have been redeemed, yet the coupon in question does not show as being redeemed (as company claims) Other coupons I've redeemed do show here.Attachment (Mail delivery failed.pdf) - Shows the first email I sent to Kroger Customer Service to try to resolve this with company directly has been returned as undeliverable.Attachment ( [redacted] Undeliverable Email.pdf) Shows my second email, send directly to company representative/respondent to again try to resolve this issue directly with company, via their representative, was also returned as undeliverable.Company claims coupon has already been redeemed, yet offers no proof of redemption Detail of my account directly counter companies claim Therefore I reject companies response Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I was provided misinformation by a Fred Meyer employee about their return policyI was assured I could return my items with no issue and therefore expect that promise to be upheldI requested numerous times to speak to, or have the manager speak to, the employee I had dealt with earlier in the day and was refusedFred Meyer is responsible for any statements they make verbally or otherwise, and their response to my complaint is completely dissatisfactoryOutside of the mistreatment I received and received an apology for, which I do appreciate, they have taken zero accountability for this situationI spent my time and money on/at Fred Meyer based on the information I received and expect them to make right by this circumstance Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] While I am more than satisfied with the credit that Kroger claims they put on my shopper's cardThey are dictating all of the terms regading how I can access that credit Kroger has no business dictating any terms to me whatsoever I have sent a further email to them stating such I am awaiting their response I have told them, in very clear terms, that if they don't make any changes changes that will allow me to access the $credit as I wish that the offer will be deemed unacceptabletheir response will be deemed unacceptableand that the case will not be resolved
