We appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.comAfter researching, this customer has already contacted our Customer Service by email regarding this issue back on 10/13/Our Customer Service sent a response on 10/16/requesting for more information and we are still waiting to hear back from the customerPlease have the customer respond with the date they ingested the product, the UPC number for the product, the date and manufacturing code for the product, what kind of bug did they find and what was the size of the bug? Hello, The date and time of the transaction are listed in the very first sentence of my complaint, October 14, at 2:pmThe cashier name was Bobbie and was a shorter middle aged female with dark hairThe Kroger card number is [redacted] **Does it normally take over a month to respond to a complaint just to ask for more information?
