Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint They offered absolutely nothingThey admitted to nothingI would URGE everyone to not shop at any store that is owned or affiliated with KrogerEspecially if you are a person of colorThe cashiers are REQUIRED to ask for your kroger card to get you discountsI cannot recall anytime before this older white cashier named Margaret, would not ask for the kroger cardInstead she was quick to immediately go to another worker regarding the coupons I had and said she had NOT seen paper coupons beforeIn the previous response kroger tried to state that my problem was the amount of couponsNo it was not it was the woman saw my face and immediately felt I was trying to committ fraudI had been using paper manufacturer coupons at this kroger location on [redacted] for weeks and encountered no problems like this at allIf there is any problem with a coupon it will state so when you scan the couponsIronically when she did scan the coupons there was absolutely nothing wrong with themWhen I called the line Kroger did admit there was a problem with locating some information as the cashier did not and would not scan the kroger cardAs a result I was out of $10-$in savings the lady said I should getBut she wanted me to go to the store and I refuse to go back to the store as I was humiliated in front of other customersI do not trust kroger and refuse to come back to the store Regards, [redacted] ***

As stated in complaint, we are frustrated with Kroger because almost every time we purchase meat at designated location, the sale prices DO NOT ring up at the registerIf we are not paying attention, we are overchargedThis also must happen to many other consumers who shop at this locationWe are asking that this problem be fixedIt has gone on for many monthsWe are not seeking anything other that attention to this matter and that Kroger quit overcharging customers
