The units are exactly the same inside and out, with the minor exception that the Guide Gear unit includes an optional $shelf, and does not have the Sportsman Condo sticker on the doorAll other documentation included inside the unit is from Southern Outdoor TechnologiesIf the included shelf, and missing sticker makes this a different unit, I will handle Sportsman Guide through Social MediaThanks for your help

order confirmation email that was sent to you on 6/21/around 6:19pm does state the correct price and description. We do our best to make sure prices and descriptions are correctly reflected in our ads, but as stated on our website, we reserve the right to make corrections when these errors occur. The ammo has already been cancelled from your order. We sincerely apologize for this error. I see your order for the DPMS Winchester firearm that was ordered on 6/19/2016, order number ***. The firearm was shipped to Allen’s Gun and Leather in Lenoir City Tennessee. I will contact them and arrange pick up for the firearm. Hello Mr***, You placed an order on June 16th, and at that time your email address was turned on for email specials. I have changed that flag to a no email status, it is possible you may receive or more emails that I will not be able to stop. I also found that you
were set up for notify me emails, meaning that when a product came back into stock you would receive an email notifying you that the item is available. You were signed up for of these types of emails dating back to 2014. We have removed you from these emails as well. Other than the or emails that you may receive, you should not receive any more. I still have not received a "Offset Hammer Spur" from Sportsman's guideI have called Ted's number 2-16-16,2-25-(twice)and again today at ***I left messages
I have attached a screen shot of the only email I got from customer serviceI also included screen shots of the item being soldOne includes the description as the "Offset hammer spur" was included
I purchased the rifle and notified Sportsman's guide asap and still as of today 3-1-have not received a tracking number or the item in question
If the item was being sent as per posting, where is it?

This 2nd order at that point should have been declined by your "system" instead of taking the extra money unbeknownst to me out of my credit card accountHow many other people has this happened to? How many others have paid EXTRA from what they thought they were paying? Quite a little scam sportsman's guide has goingVOID the transaction! Don't steal people's moneyWhat is being done to correct it? I will never deal with sportsman's guide again but i'll be darned if I let this happen to other people as wellWhat are you sportsman's guide or the Revdex.com, doing to change this? I requested to void the check and I to reorder on line...They processed it anyway In response to your insinuation, yes, I expect MY REFUND You go ahead and make sure it hasn't been cashed or whateverI think it's interesting, that if it was mailed to my other address it wasn't forwarded to meThe PO usually does this
