Sportsman's Guide management contacted me, apologized for the error, issued a store credit, and corrected the misleading online adI am glad to see that the previous supervisor I had spoke with does not represent management as a whole at the Sportsman's Guide as the performance and lack of concern of the original supervisor was troublesome
I am satisfied with the resolution offered to me and I will continue to do business with the Sportsman's Guide as I am a long time customer

Because on the web page that I completed my order this was not thereAnd after I complained they showed me this, which at best as obscure languageThey never used the typical indicators (social security number) and used my Date of birth which I had to use to prove I was old enough to purchase ammoWHY would I use a service and have a credit when I was using an interest free credit card? I thought that as a member, ( which I paid for and they now refuse to refund my money) this was all included in the service!No other place I have ever dealt with has done thisIn addition their own reps did not know this was a hard credit inquiry and they have a history of the same tactics over and over againI JUST want this removed from my credit bureauThey can keep the fees they ripped me off for and I will never ever do business with them again

I am rejecting this response because: we are waiting to see if they send us a check, have learned from experiance not to trust people an have to wait and have been screwed over before .what they offered was great , but have to wait and see if they deliver or not they said they could cut a check on Tuesday nov 28th

I am rejecting this response because: I have been promised
from this company before that they would cease sending me their e-mail advertising propaganda and they agreed to but within a short time I was again receiving themSo bottom line is I don't trust them or their promisesI would like to leave this complaint open for a time just to see if they actually follow through with their promises, which they have always broken in the pastPlease advise if this works for you and thanks for all the help so far

I have attached the email special that was sent out on 5/16, which the customer is referencingThe free shipping offer states ends May 17th and the item sale prices states "Flash Sale Ends Tonight, May 16th" That
price was no longer available on May 17th

So, Sportsmans Guide has basically admitted to baiting and switching, as their only defense is to point out the artfulness of their deceptive use of staggered discount expiration dates to attract maximum attention, yet deliver minimal actual savings
Below I've attached some key excerpts from their highly deceptive e-mail, sent at 1:09PM ET May
Clearly, it is deceptive to announce a "day Sale" at 1:09PM on May 16, prominently indicating it is ONE DAY ONLY, then prominently displaying an end date of May (reinforcing that the sale indeed extends past the remaining 10+ hours since it was announced into the next day), only to then hide another expiration date of May elsewhere in the message
This CLEARLY is a deliberate and calculated attempt to deceive customers into believing the sale is still active, so as to encourage their composing an order as I did based on sale prices no longer available, giving no indication of the expiration until the very last screen in the order process, so as to encourage customers to just proceed with the order despite not getting the lower prices that attracted them there in the first place
This behavior clearly needs disciplining from Revdex.comI for one will not be shopping with Sportsmans Guide again as a result of their deception and stubborn refusal to honor prices they were seemlingly so willing to sell at only a few hours beforeThis clearly demonstrates this as a calculated ploy & the very lowest of merchant practices

Dear Mr*** ***, On November 10th, we issued a refund in the amount of $and on January 31st, we issued a refund in the amount of $184.39. We also reshipped on 01-31-rounds of 7.62xammo on FedEx tracking number ***. Tracking show this was delivered on 2-4-2017. I've tried to call but the phone continues to go to voice mail. The way the business went about cancelling my order is not rightThe business blamed the cancellation on the customer, claiming that it was my error and that is why the order was cancelledThus was not true, and took contacting the business three times to finally receive a responseBefore in placed my order, I called and was assured the item would be delivered by January 1stI've attached screen shots of these datesIf you would like more evidence, I can supply that as well
