For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I was told that there was a lifetime guarantee to the fenceTheir answer changes with each communicationI needed three panels replaced according to their "lifetime guarantee" I never received any price let alone a discounted priceI would like to see something in writing for the "generous" discount they offeredThey never quoted me a price to replace the slats in my fenceI would also like to see something from the Revdex.com as to whether this company has had other complaints regarding failure to return phone calls which they told you they did but in fact they did not do of misleading advertising (see their website regarding their alleged lifetime guarantees.They claim that I received a card outlining their lifetime warranty which I did nor receiveThis company I my view is very deceitful and extremely lacking in customer serviceI am considering contacting the NYS AG's office as wellI would not recommend the Vinyl Outlet to ANYONE.Regards,*** ***

They installed our fence in The first day of installation, we clearly had the A team, but the second day - watch outThe crew left garbage all over the yard, they played loud music, and complained to each other and to us about their jobIt was not pleasantThe fence started to fade pretty quickly and we tried several times over a year and a half to contact them, but they would NEVER return phone callsFinally, I submitted a Revdex.com complaint and, what do you know?, they calledNo apology, the rep just said she didn't know why no one told her to call us and that she would get to the bottom of itShe also said that what we were dealing with was a warranty issue and told me to call the manufacturerThat ended my experience with the Vinyl OutletI would NEVER recommend this company to anyoneTheir customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind the products that they sell

As we never like any misunderstandings with our customers or delays on our endWe have addressed the concern and it was handled handled properlyAll protruding post that lifted from the old existing fence where cut down and fence adjustedCustomer signed off satisfied

The fence in the back is totally bowing which is almost falling forwardit is not even around the entire
fence, some panels are way higher up some panels are way down low , the metal poles are sticking exposed, there's a metal pole that was in pounded into the ground, the right-hand side the fence is bowing outwhen the man came to fix my neighbors fence they actually came walking across the street and asked me if they could pound down one of the polls because it looks so bad to themthe Vinyl outlet workers Even seen how bad the fence looksDo you want pictures? This is such a hassle I would truly want my money back and they can come and take this fence down because obviously they don't care about their customers

The customer contracted us to install a new railing system on a porch deck that was build by another contractor.There are stair post that are out of plumb a little from the original contractor.The only way that we could remedy it 100% is to pull out the existing post completely and reinstall new
ones.This will add a significant amount of work as we would have to tear into the existing deck.the customer was not willing to sign a change order for this added work.So the railing was installed to look as good to the eye as possible.the customer then asked to have the our installer return the next day.He spent over hours working with the customer on every detail.There was a family member threatening this installer who is much smaller guy then the man yelling at him.He felt very uncomfortable.So the operations manager went over to try work it out.She was not able to that day.a few days later she went back and offered the customer a check for dollars.The customer agreed verbally then said I'm not signing nothing though.We have tried to create customer satisfaction.we sent a man for a full day and have also tried monetary as a customer service action also that was not even for our work.Again ,We can offer the customer the dollars or we can remove the stair rails.Allow the original person or whoever they choose to installed the post and plumb it and we will come back and reinstall the stair rails in a timely manner right after she has the post completed.We feel we have been fair and have provided options for the customer to choose satisfaction

At the time this complaint was received, repair had already been completed

The repairs were made and all efforts have been made to satisfy customerI have attached both the original sign off indicating Ms *** was happy as well as a repair signoff that the repairs were complete to her satisfaction

We have met with the customer and came to a resolution of all issues

I wanted to respond to this complaint, however it has been closedI was hoping you could add my experience with Vinyl Outlet regarding this issue. Within hour of the Revdex.com contacting the Vinyl Outlet, I received a call from who
I assume to be the office managerShe apologized profusely for the lack of communication, and said they would address the post issue on the next business dayThe repair was completed the following day by 10amThe company is being truthful when they say that they can repair a post that sinks or raisesThe fence is perfectly straight now, repaired by one worker, who was very pleasant, I would add, in about hourPlease add this communication to my complaintIt was resolved to my complete satisfaction.Thank You
