Vinyl Outlet? said IT WOULD NOT GET HOT!? It is not concrete, wood or blacktopIts a product we purchased with the assurance from Vinyl Outlet that it would not get hot.? ? The suggestion of an awning has been made AFTER our complaint, and was never suggested prior to our purchase/installation because they assured us it would not get hot!!!!!!!!!!, .? They also suggested we put shoes on or spray it with water.? If Vinyl Outlet is suggesting this is a disagreement between the customer and the manufacture, why are they still using and promoting this product?? THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING and are? still ? fraudulently misrepresenting this product

Gale called, they claim to have offered $500, but no one has ever contacted me about itI call and leave messages, no return call

 This company called me and told me that they would give me a call back on what they would do in response to Revdex.com report and has never called back !  This companies argument is a complete moot point because this problem started before I took down the fence the first timethis problem started before I took down the fence the first time it happened during the summer of the original install!!!  The company specifically told my parents it would be just fine to take the fence down every year because there's only two bolts you remove to take down the fence it has nothing to do with the screws holding the hinges down !  My parents made sure that they could take the fence down  down every year and the company knew about that because the driveway has to be  plowed during the wintertime !  They were given instructions by the person who installed it and how to remove the fence during the winter !  This company completely lied to the Revdex.comI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards,[redacted]

I Reject the company response because this is not a warranty issue! I want to let people know that the only way the company calls you back is if you file a complaint!

The customer called our office on 2/27/18 to report issue.  Customer was advised, while he is out of his warranty period, The Vinyl Outlet would send a representative to address his issues. Our representative went to his home 2/28/18, the representative made several attempts to resolve customer issue, including adjusting the fence. Again, The Vinyl Outlet has made numerous customer courtesy attempts to address the customer's issues, even though the fence is 5 years out of warranty.

This issue is not a warranty issue. As a customer service gesture, we will make a one time repair to the fence. As explained to the customer yesterday, the repair will be done by the end of June.

The issue with the fence is twofold. At the northeast corner of the fence, the concrete is heaving up giving me concern with the stability of the fence. At the opposite side of the fence, there are three panels which are slightly bowed out caused by heavy snow piled up from a winter storm. My next...

door neighbor recently informed me about the concrete problem and I recently noticed the bowing. I cannot see those problems from the inside of the fence.

There was no resolution. 
I feel the salesman misrepresented what he was quoting.  If this company was concerned about customer satisfaction, they would have a better response!   I will certainly not recommend this company to anyone!

I wanted to respond to this complaint, however it has been closed. I was hoping you could add my experience with Vinyl Outlet regarding this issue.  Within 1 hour of the Revdex.com contacting the Vinyl Outlet, I received a call from who...

I assume to be the office manager. She apologized profusely for the lack of communication, and said they would address the post issue on the next business day. The repair was completed the following day by 10am. The company is being truthful when they say that they can repair a post that sinks or raises. The fence is perfectly straight now, repaired by one worker,  who was very pleasant, I would add, in about 1 hour. Please add this communication to my complaint. It was resolved to my complete satisfaction.Thank You

Vinyl outlet showed up as promised. Tony and Jason were very professional as they repaired the fence and took pride in their work. I feel that reporting to the Revdex.com was the only way I would receive results...

from this company, however.  This is not the customer service I expect from a company but do commend their workers for the work they did.  I will look forward to see what next year will bring on the status of my fence.

[redacted] states they called, and said Vinyl Outlet was coming out to fix the issue. They also have not called with an offer of discount.

The issue with Mr [redacted] fence is a result of the weather as he previously indicated. The winters of 2014 and 2015, created extensive shifting of the ground. We have reached out to Mr [redacted] to come to a resolution.

I spoke to the customer Prior to reading the complaint.We have a meeting setup to address the concerns.
