This letter crossed in the mail and the customer is satisfied

We explained to the customer that it has been raining the entire month and it was just to sloppy to enter the yard.I thought we were both in agreement and was surprised a complaint was filed. We never like when a customer is unhappy. After the weather cleared up. The fence was wiped down.

Spoke with the Customer and she has responded verbally by Phone to the project manager that the section was corrected and that we had the wrong phone number for her husband originally.We appologized and believe all has been satisfied.

As we always do the very best to satisfy any customer concern. Providing a complete extra service for free is not something we can do. The installation the customer paid for was completed to 100%.

Gale called, they claim to have offered $500, but no one has ever contacted me about it. I call and leave messages, no return call.

You people do allot of double talk. When MR. [redacted] came out to my house. One of the first things I told hem was that I complained about the fence in the fall of 2013 but you people at The Vinyl Outlet told me you could not fix it tell 2014 because the weather got to bad to do it. Your people took pictures of the post but no one came out to fallow up on it. I can not believe you are still bring up insurance when I took it as fare as I could you known that. Back to the fence. The post were starting to get bad for some time and by 2013 that's when I called about problems with the post the deck and porch because of very bad workmanship. The post on the fence took a back seat tell you fixed the porch and deck. You put off fixing the fence tell 2014 not me. You The Vinyl Outlet said you would back with me in the spring. You did not  I had to call you and call you over and over again tell you got back to me. I ask the owner of The Vinyl Outlet to repair this fence for free and if I have problems with the post later they will be fixed for free also.
I have the paper work for The Attorney General office ready to go You might not want to take care of my problem. But you will pay a very steep price in lost business in the years a head I will do all those things I wrote on 8/27/14

We are very sorry for the misunderstanding with the Customer. We immediately responded and took care of any and all concerns to full customer satisfaction.

We had a salesman come to the house 6 weeks ago, we paid up front the full amount for a deck & railings. Since then we have not seen anyone, heard from anyone and have called several times with no response.

NOONE called myself or my husband.  They replied back and said they sent someone to my house, without contacting me first, who they claimed resolved the issue.  My husband and I both temporarily fixed the fence ourselves to prevent further damage.  We need someone to contact us and schedule an appt to come to our house to discuss and permanently fix the fence panel!

First off we are sorry Mr [redacted] had a problem with his post. This winter was extremely cold breaking records for frost depths in All of the northeast,There were broken concrete driveways to porches to basement out there. [redacted] [redacted] and [redacted] met with Mr [redacted] and explained...

that he has a wet yard and that with this extensive cold that Froze over 5feet deep this winter created his problem and not proper installation. He was understanding and verbally agreement to a price of 2000 and we would use the pilon pipe driven method that carries a longer warranty and deals with water a littler better. So a week had went by and [redacted] called and asked if he was ready to and get it fix. He explained to [redacted] that he was going to file another Revdex.com complaint if he didn't get his way and we do this work for free. His labor warranty is 36 months on a concrete installation and a lifetime on the materials from rotting, chipping, peeling. In which is in his activeyards paperwork he was given at the time of installation. This does not cover Labor or ground water issues. We also recommended a drain tile to dry the yard some. At this time we can still honor the repair for the $2100 minus his $100 military discount which be $2000 as we agreed. We also recommended he may want to check with his homeowners policy because it was weather and wind related and they may help out.

We are very sorry the customer experienced a large snow storm that impacted his fence.The warranty on fence material is for chalking ,cracking,and fading.This fence was installed nearly 7.5 yrs ago.The warranty does not cover any acts of god as he explained what happened with the snow that piled up and bowed the rails.We explained he was out of the 3 year labor warranty as well as the manufacture warranty.We did offer a solution and offered a substantial discounted repair to the customer.
