The fence in the back is totally bowing which is almost falling forwardit is not even around the entire
fence, some panels are way higher up some panels are way down low , the metal poles are sticking exposed, there's a metal pole that was in pounded into the ground, the right-hand side the fence is bowing outwhen the man came to fix my neighbors fence they actually came walking across the street and asked me if they could pound down one of the polls because it looks so bad to themthe Vinyl outlet workers Even seen how bad the fence looksDo you want pictures? This is such a hassle I would truly want my money back and they can come and take this fence down because obviously they don't care about their customers.

We have made multiple attempts to contact this customerThe customer does not have an operable voicemail at the number provided

We apologize that the customer is experiencing a problem with the gates.The customer told us he removes the gates in the winter in which will cause the screw holes to enlarge.These are not designed to be removed.We spoke to the customer and we are going see if we could help in the repair and
evaluate the actual damage

Complete to customer satisfaction

Customer understands that this is not a warrantied item and we have come to an agreement on price to repair this section for her.This is scheduled for Thursday weather permitting

We have attempted to reach the customer to offer $settlementWe have not heard back from the customer

As a Large company that log and runs over appointments a month.Customer service is always our first priorityThis one is rare thoughFirst, We never set a date to do the estimate until July 21st at NoonSecond, We do not cover Bliss NY on a regular basisits out in
the countryGoogle shows a minute drive timeWe have procedures before we would head out to something this farWe will service the area. however we would always verify first that the customer will be home and interested and make sure the job size falls within the range to drive this distanceThe secretary started explaining this and the customer began threatening to file with the Revdex.com .After this point we tried letting her know it was in the calendar for the 21st at 12pm.she didn't want to here it..We started receiving upset and out of our acceptable range from a customer to setup an appointmentThere must have been a misunderstanding with this customer somewhere along the line. Again the customer was very tuff over the phone, Demanding, and very hard to work withSo we kindly explained. We would not be interested in the job and that we wish them the best of luckAs a solid reputable company we will work hard with a customerThis situation was unacceptable for us to do businessAgain, we still wish them all the best

If they are trying to please they are not tying to hard, they come out when they feel like it show up two days before the appointment with out calling what if we're not home, they don't call back to see if your happy with the job , then the fence raised up and is hitting the bottom of the eve on the pool house the tall lurch looking guy tried to tell me my pool house sank with the harsh febif anything it would have raised up not sank down , give me some of the stuff he smokes maybe I'll be dopey enough to boleive him, so all he did was ajustment the gates witch need adjusting again the first two times they adjusted them it was summer how did the cold weather effect them, I know I'm not the only one complaining the last time I looked there were complaints against them maybe that's what takes them so long to get here there busy trying to fix other screw ups, this fence is cheep falls apart hits the side of the house when it's windy if there is a slight change in weather the gate stick or won't close properly I don't want them on my property any more it's less frustrating to fix it myself, and do a better job , the three stooges are better craftsmen then these clowns give me my money back and they can tie there fence too

The Vinyl Outlet re-installed the siding adjacent to the deck area the day after installation, as we promised during the install processThe customer called several weeks later informing us there was another piece of cracked siding in area on the opposite side of the house, not near the area we
