We are sorry to here the customers deck material is getting hot.As we have had an extremely hot summerIts not unusual for all materials left open to exposure,Concrete,wood,blacktop to heat up in direct sunlight.The manufacture has contacted the customer to explain there end of warranty.(Not sure
the outcome)There is not a failure from our end.The product being vinyl is less hot because of its nature over composites according to the manufactures brochure.However it will heat up.We did explain and go over options with the customer.Like adding a outside rug or installing an awning.We feel 100% this should be a disagreement between the customer and the manufacture and not a complaint filed against our company

Vinyl Outlet said IT WOULD NOT GET HOT! It is not concrete, wood or blacktopIts a product we purchased with the assurance from Vinyl Outlet that it would not get hot. The suggestion of an awning has been made AFTER our complaint, and was never suggested prior to our purchase/installation because they assured us it would not get hot!!!!!!!!!!, . They also suggested we put shoes on or spray it with water. If Vinyl Outlet is suggesting this is a disagreement between the customer and the manufacture, why are they still using and promoting this product? THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING and are still fraudulently misrepresenting this product

The customer has never called to inform us of any problem with water getting into her basementDuring the course of the project, the customer agreed to not remove the cap of her porchIn lieu of removal she was given a discountShe signed off as completely satisfied at the completion of the
projectThe following day, she called and said her door was scraping on porch, a crew was sent out to adjust door, customer's husband said he was happyNo part of the porch installation would cause water to begin seeping into a basementAdditionally, the customer failed to make the third payment on her contractThe customer has agreed to meet with Vinyl Outlet Management to review issue

Ms *** deck is grayDarker colors will absorb more heat than lighter colors*** does remain much cooler than other productsWe are currently working with the manufacturer's rep to see if they will compensate our customer for her unhappiness

At the time this complaint was received, repair had already been completed

The customer has been called several times to find out if they want the check mailed or if they want to pick it upWe strongly urge the customer to call our Accounting Department to make arrangements

As always we never want anyone dissatisfied.However the history with the customer has been over and over.Many many multiple visits.We believe we have done all we can at this point.After the heavy snowstorm the customer had the top of his roof cave in and demanded we fix it.(this was not in our
scope of work).We fixed it anyways as a curtesy.The customer has minor weeping.this is very common on driven rain and heavy ice and snow melting.Not seen all the time.Its a porch.How these are maintained over the years to prevent weeping on a open below cellar is to caulk any weeping the customer sees.We would never promised there would be no weeping 100% and have bent over backwards including giving him solar lights he demanding weeks ago and was satisfied.After repeated attempts to satisfy including sending over another contractor to inspect(He felt 100% was done).At some point we had to say we did enough.The property is very old and has faults in many spots.We made it look outstanding

We have met with the customer and came to a resolution of all issues

Vinyl outlet showed up as promisedTony and Jason were very professional as they repaired the fence and took pride in their workI feel that reporting to the Revdex.com was the only way I would receive results
from this company, however This is not the customer service I expect from a company but do commend their workers for the work they did I will look forward to see what next year will bring on the status of my fence

The customer at the time of the original estimate had received 25% off the installation portion and when he called back our current promotion was 30%.The sales person offered to give the additional 5% to the customerthe customer can not receive one discount on top of anotherWe apologize the
customer misunderstood

If they are trying to please they are not tying to hard, they come out when they feel like it show up two days before the appointment with out calling what if we're not home, they don't call back to see if your happy with the job , then the fence raised up and is hitting the bottom of the eve on the pool house the tall lurch looking guy tried to tell me my pool house sank with the harsh febif anything it would have raised up not sank down , give me some of the stuff he smokes maybe I'll be dopey enough to boleive him, so all he did was ajustment the gates witch need adjusting again the first two times they adjusted them it was summer how did the cold weather effect them, I know I'm not the only one complaining the last time I looked there were complaints against them maybe that's what takes them so long to get here there busy trying to fix other screw ups, this fence is cheep falls apart hits the side of the house when it's windy if there is a slight change in weather the gate stick or won't close properly I don't want them on my property any more it's less frustrating to fix it myself, and do a better job , the three stooges are better craftsmen then these clowns give me my money back and they can tie there fence too

This issue is not a warranty issueAs a customer service gesture, we will make a one time repair to the fenceAs explained to the customer yesterday, the repair will be done by the end of June

The customer called our office on 2/27/to report issue. Customer was advised, while he is out of his warranty period, The Vinyl Outlet would send a representative to address his issuesOur representative went to his home 2/28/18, the representative made several attempts to resolve customer issue, including adjusting the fenceAgain, The Vinyl Outlet has made numerous customer courtesy attempts to address the customer's issues, even though the fence is years out of warranty

Product IssuesProblem: On 08/19/I filed a complaint concerning my vinyl outlet fenceAs I stated in my complaint, “I will see what next year brings.” One more winter with this pathetic fence and many of the pole caps have fallen off because they were broken due to the fact that they had to be removed by the company to fix the sinking poles the ones that we were told hold up to frost/thaw conditions that are prevalent with Buffalo winters! Remember MATERIALS ARE WARRANTED FOR LIFE! The company repaired our fence shortly after the complaint was filedNow a mere months later we have the same problem we have had since we had this pathetic fence installed! Poles sinking, design on top pulling away from posts, slats on bottom of fence separating so anyone that walks by can see into our back yardIn other words, since they fixed our last August it is in worse condition than it was before! Now mind you, according to Vicki the customer service manager, it costs $to fix a post! Imagine that every year when the same four to five posts sink each pretty expensive fence if you ask me! The president of this company lied to us when we purchased this fenceVery sad that this company has no problem taking peoples’ hard earned money promising them the best productI wish anyone considering this company to install a $fence to come look at this mess in my back yard...then go to a different company that is reputable and knows how to properly install a fence.Desired Outcome: I want company to come and fix the mess they made the last time they repaired my fencethe same problem that was complained about last year happened again....SIX MONTHS LATER! If you can’t fix it TAKE IT DOWN AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SO I DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY SIX MONTHS! I refused to call the company because they never get back to me anyway!
