Customer has been taken care of to satisfaction.

The customer at the time of the original estimate had received 25% off the installation portion and when he called back our current promotion was 30%.The sales person offered to give the additional 5% to the customer. the customer can not receive one discount on top of another. We apologize the...

customer misunderstood

The repair has been completed and the customer is satisfied.

Tony came to our home on 2 occasions. He verbally stated there was a lifetime warranty to my husband on the first occasion, and on the 2nd occasion right before I signed the contract he told me there was a lifetime warranty, used the example if the tree falling on the fence and assured me if there were ever any problems to just call and someone would come fix right away. I am attaching the pamphlet Tony brought to my house, last bullet point states "lifetime warranty." I did sign a statement acknowledging that the gates only had 60 days, but unfortunately I didn't sign anything stating lifetime warranty. Obviously I trusted what Tony was saying to me and felt confident during our conversation that there was a system in place to address any  service needs and I didn't second guess his sales pitch. However, let's pretend there's no lifetime warranty. The fence started leaning after month. Then again a few months later. Then taken down and reinstalled. Then leaning again 7 months later. So the longest period of time that this fence has been upright is 7 months. So whether there's a lifetime warranty or not, we still paid a lot of money for a product that has never really functioned properly. There should be some accountability on their end to make this work considering it never really has. I just don't understand this back and fourth and begging to have what we paid for in proper working condition or a refund. I shouldn't have to pay 9995.00 for this hassle.

We have contacted the customer and they are satisfied with the resolution.

we have agreed to give a refund to Mr [redacted] in good faith of 500.00. We have done all we can for him at this point. This porch was an insurance repair as it caved in originally on a very old property and we went above and beyond to help. When he accepted the solar lights we felt this was his satisfaction.

The consumer called and stated that The Vinyl Outlet came this morning at 9:30 AM and resolved the complaint to the customer's satisfaction.

I am very sorry that anyone would tell you that as that is not our company policy.I am turning this over to the Operations manager immediatley and this situation will be resolved. You will receive a call first thing this morning.

We have been out and worked on this customers concerns.we have tried to please and have done anything asked.if customer needs something reasonable looked at again we will be glad to do so.The last time we have heard any word from the customer was early in 2015.in-which all concerns were addressed...

and the file closed .the vinyl material expanse and contracts in severe cold and gates stick in the winter.this is common and releases when it warms outside.

Revdex.com:i figuerd the company would do this so I put in a call to the local news channels and they are going to do a story on this company's Shotty work and unprofessionalism I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted]

We have made multiple attempts to contact this customer. The customer does not have an operable voicemail at the number provided.

These are just some of the pictures I have can you see why I'm mad and they won't fix it.

The Vinyl Outlet, installed my porch railings in 2010. 6 years later, they look as good as they did the day the were installed. We recently decided to install 250 feet of privacy fence in our back yard. Again, The Vinyl Outlet installed a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier with my completed project. Next summer, we will finally install our dream deck. The Vinyl Outlet will again be our first choice.

Customer understands that this is not a warrantied item and we have come to an agreement on price to repair this section for her. This is scheduled for Thursday weather permitting.
