I am uncertain how "looking into the matter by Nov 30th" constitutes as a responseThe apparent unprofessional and apparent fraudulent behavior should be addressed before I will consider a response validAll the current response does is "acknowledge" that a complaint was said, and without action or anything tangible to reference, I cannot see how accepting this would make senseShould I receive something with details as to what will actually be done, I cannot consider this a closed topic.
