Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] thank you so much but I just received my refund in my checking account from them

'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Helvetica Neu Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issueTicket Fulfillment Services has been in contact with Ms [redacted] , in the interest of customer service both parties have found an amicable resolutionAs such, we consider this matter resolved, and If Ms [redacted] has any further questions or concerns we welcome her to contact a member of our customer service teamRegards, Ticket Fulfillment Services

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Ms [redacted] ’s concernsIt should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.”When Ms [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, they were directed to review their itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMs [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)” At this point, Ms [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutAfter checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refundsPrior to receiving this complaint we were in contact with Ms [redacted] regarding this issueIn the interest of customer service we offered Ms [redacted] a partial courtesy refund, which she acceptedSince Ms [redacted] has an active dispute with their credit card company regarding this order, we are unable to assist with any other standing issues from a customer-service perspective while this dispute is currently active.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

July 5, I ordered tickets and received a confirmation number Spoke to several people who asked my SEAT #, so I decided to find out since it was not on my "Confirmation.' I called and spoke to a rep who asked me my Confirmation numberShe told me it was NOT a Ticket Center number and to contact my credit card company immediatelyTicket Fulfillment Services was listed on my billAccording to the Revdex.com, this is not a physical address, no owner info available and there is NO LICENSE I CANCELLED this purchase with credit card companyRather than wait to be scammed, I thought this all just didn't sound rightReading all the complaints online only reinforced my fearsI sent a cancellation notice to the company that sent me the confirmation number as it is possible the website was redirected to Ticket Fulfillment Looks like the NFL TicketMaster site is legit but not the one I purchased tickets fromI just want the $credited in spite of the so called NO Cancellation Policy

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr [redacted] 's concernsIt should be noted that Mr [redacted] placed his order on the onlincitytickets.com website However, his order was processed and charged through Ticket Fulfillment ServicesWe should explain that OnlineCityTickets .com is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets instead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue ."When Mr [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in balded textThen,Mr [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions-visible in a text box below this order total-and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point,he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsIhave reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkout Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr [redacted] 's case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order',your credit card will be charged $1,036.75, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr [redacted] clicked this button,he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order(A samplescreenshot of the checkout page is included in a PDF attachment.)Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refundsWhile we regret Mr [redacted] 's frustration, he was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our siteIf Mr [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to contact us

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I never clicked on a place order button After viewing the prices for two tickets I did not place an order When I received an email saying I had purchased tickets their was no summary of the order or its cost This is suspicious I immediately emailed and telephoned Ticket-Center They would not correct the charge and insisted all sales are final I absolutely never purchased any tickets by agreeing to the sales terms and conditions Also, the Ticket Fulfillment Service did not attempt to email or call meTheir company is the one who has billed my credit card and I demand that they rectify their error I am in contact with The Attorney General of New Yorks Complaint and Fraud Bureau to resolve this issue Again I never placed an order for tickets [redacted] Regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Mr [redacted] ’s concernsIt should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.” As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holdersAll tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not Ticket Fulfillment Services, based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demandThis means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may change at any timeSince customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry In regards to Mr [redacted] ’s claim that the order total for their tickets was actually the amount of the price per ticket, it should be noted that when Mr [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout pageFrom there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded textThen, Mr [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutAfter checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total chargePrior to this complaint, we spoke with Mr [redacted] regarding this issue, but were unable to reach an amicable resolutionAs Mr [redacted] stated, he has since filed a dispute with his credit card company regarding this order, which was ultimately ruled in our favorIf Mr [redacted] has any additional concerns he is welcome to contact our customer service departmentRegards, Ticket Fulfillment Services

Thank you for your response regarding Mr [redacted] ’s concernsMr [redacted] stated that the itemized breakdown was not presented prior to entering payment information, it should be noted that this is inaccurateTicket Offices maintains that our checkout process--throughout which all prices, fees, other details, and the total for Mr [redacted] ’s order were shown--was sufficient opportunity for Mr [redacted] to review this informationPrior to entering any information, credit card or PayPal, the itemized breakdown was displayed stating “Section FloorRow: G.APrice: $each” including the order total of $1,After being shown this information, Mr [redacted] proceeded to enter his payment information, checked the box to accept our Sales Terms and Conditions and agree that all sales are final, and then submitted his order As a secondary market, all tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by ticket sellers, not Ticket Offices, based on sellers' assessments of varying factors such as customer demandThis means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount, which is stated throughout our websiteIt also means that the largest portion of any order placed in our marketplace goes directly to the seller; the service and delivery charges are the only earnings that Ticket Offices receives Ticket Offices has sufficiently addressed Mr [redacted] ’s concerns in detail and have acted to resolve this matter to the best of our abilityAs such, we consider this matter closedIf Mr [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this order, we encourage him to contact our customer service team Regards, Ticket Offices

Thank you for reaching out to usAt Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customer and would like to take the time to address Ms [redacted] ’s concerns Ms [redacted] has stated that she believed she was purchasing through the website of the venue, Providence Performing Arts CenterHowever, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from any venue siteTicket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis means that the price of the tickets is not based on their original price, or "face value." Directly at the top of every ticket page on our website, the following message is displayed: "Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediatelyA service fee is added to ticket orders at checkoutThis site not affiliated with any venueTickets may be above face value." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industryOur sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” When Ms [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold textMs [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolde-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutDuring this process, Ms [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total chargeImmediately above the Place Order button, the total charge was repeated with the following message in bold text: "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." Ms [redacted] 's valid, authentic tickets have been delivered to her well in advance of the eventAs such, Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to our 100% Money Back GuaranteeWe have also reached out to Ms [redacted] and provided a resolution to this matter that was amicable to both partiesWe consider this matter resolved, and hope that Ms [redacted] will consider Ticket Fulfillment Services for her future ticketing needsIf Ms [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this transaction, we encourage her to contact our customer service teamRegards, Ticket Fulfillment Services

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meA refund was provided Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business has said it considers this matter closedAlthough I agree that did see that they are a reseller, and that I accepted the terms and conditions, I did so under what I consider to be pretensesReseller, in my view, would include official partners of the venue, such as TicketMaster, and this company is in no way an official partner This complaint also does not address the URL that they used in Google to direct me to their site - " [redacted] / I am curious to know how this is not designed to give the impression that this not in some way linked to the Orpheum Theater? Also, if they made it so clear that they were doing the online equivalent of scalping tickets, how do they explain my complaining directly to the Hennepin Theater Trust, who run the Orpheum about the poor business practices used by what I believed to be a ticket reselling partner of theirs? Yes, I made the purchase and agreed to the fees, but only because: a) I believed they represented the Orpheum ticket sales in some capacity b) I had promised my daughter that I would take her to see the show - she was so excited about it that I gritted my teeth and paid the fee, then complained to the Hennepin Theater Trust about the pricing The HTT then alerted me to that this reseller had nothing to do with them, and that in some cases with such purchases, the tickets had not been valid When I looked at the tickets they sent, they were branded TicketMaster and did not have my name on themBecause I wanted to be sure I had valid tickets, I purchased a new set via the official HTT channel - TicketMaster - and received tickets that actually had my name onI have no idea whether the tickets provided by this venue were valid or not, but I let them know the week before the performance that I would not be using them Furthermore, reviewing TicketMaster's site, it appears they have no business to be reselling TicketMaster's ticketsI wrote the following in the PayPal vendor dispute I opened Two quotes from TicketMaster's web site follow that, I think, demonstrates that these tickets are gray-market at best., so validating my concerns "The only way to know your tickets are the real deal is to buy Ticketmaster Verified Tickets directly from Ticketmaster or Live Nation, or get them at the venue box officeTicketmaster Verified Tickets are 100% authentic and guaranteed to get you in, including Fan-to-Fan Resale Tickets. We can't verify tickets bought elsewhere, so please don't risk getting inKeep it real with Ticketmaster Verified Tickets." [redacted] ALSO: "How do I know if I can sell my tickets? If there's a Sell button on your order in My Account you're good to goIn some instances an artist, team, or venue may not allow resale for certain rows/seats.If you don't see a Sell button, you can't sell your tickets." [redacted] I believe the sell button referred to is for TicketMaster's own approved and validated resale channelNot this companyIt seems that my concerns were completely reasonableAfter the shady marketing tactics used to draw me to this site, no assurance this company could make would make them seem trustworthy to me, and I had no interest in using the tickets, which I believe I made clear before the show I am hoping the Revdex.com can put pressure on companies like these to desist from using URLs that could in any way be considered related to the theaters, as well as to be clearer about what being a "reseller" actually means, and provide a prominent link to the official venue ticket web site with the suggestion that they check there first to before purchasing through a "reseller" such as this companyI would also be interested to know why, if they made their relationship so clear, why I first went to the HTT to complain? In terms of my not letting the company know about my disappointment before filing a Revdex.com complaint, this is easily explainedOnce I spoke to the HTT (seven days before the performance), I went to their site and saw in an FAQ that they don't do refunds, so I didn't see any point in wasting my time, and I also felt like this practice was sufficiently shady to require a Revdex.com report anywayAs your own complaints against them show, there are many other people who feel equally misledI also filled out an online survey form on May 25, that the company provided when I first bought the tickets where I made my displeasure about their pricing very clear, so they have evidence that I was an unhappy customerIn that form (which I imagine they have on record somewhere), I made it clear that I was not interested in hearing from them unless it was regarding a refund or partial refund on the massive maon the ticketsSince I bought new tickets, I would like a complete refund from them Regards,
